	Afternoon! Yesterday was not a great day for anyone with an internet connection here, it was rainy and windy so I thought it was best that I stayed offline... Good thing I did because the power dipped and flickered a few times. I didn't sleep well last night so Hubby told me to take a nap... So I did!! Amber decided to crash with me so that made the nap extra nice!!! Now to catch up on things in here, USS, other spots and check my SP Pets!!

	We got back about half an hour ago and I've been getting caught up with "stuff." Spirit decided that since we didn't want to go to KFC tonight, it would be good for Mother to make chicken for dinner so a solid mass of boneless, skinless chicken breasts are currently on the counter (hopefully) thawing. I am now gonna get some tea and kick back for a bit before I get started on whatever needs me to get started on!

	Chicken... Nummy. Speaking of chicken, I'm getting the craving for lemon-thyme chicken so I'm considering giving Hubby a nudge to get me some lemons and some skinned chicken breasts for that.

	Don't "nudge." Grab him by the shirtfront and tell him you need lemons and chicken NOW!! And promise him some too, of course! (And promise him anything ELSE that might inspire him to head for the grocery store! )

	That was last night... NOT saying anything else, this is a family show.. He's going up town tomorrow so I've already slapped lemons and chicken breasts on the list whether he likes it or not... He's always getting stuff for him and the little guy for the darn deep fryer (fries, popcorn chicken, etc) so to him... Ooh, he's doing yardwork, I'll be able to check him over for wood ticks later... Hubba hubba...

	It's now cloudy and MISTING... Hubby would have finished at least one part of the lawn if it wasn't for that %^&* weather!! UGH!!!

	I went over him with a "fine tooth comb"... Too bad our son is still awake... SIGHS Eh, I'll get him later. Today wasn't so bad until tonight... It was misting this morning, started drying off during the afternoon and then BAM, the freaking clouds and rain are back. UGH!! It was the first day my son and his schoolmates were NOT in the gym during lunchtime in about a week, according to his daily report from his teachers. The poor children haven't been able to swing or go on the jungle gyms a lot due to the weather and I guess they're complaining to their teachers about it. I'm hoping I don't have to drive my son to the bus stop in the morning, I hate doing that and so does he. Both of us would rather walk because we see the birds, etc on the way over there, even though it's a short walk and at the neighbor's house.

	That it is. I wish I could find a rain coat in my son's size... There are plenty in toddler's sizes, plenty in teen sizes but NONE in the youth sizes from 7-14 that I can find for boys. I have NO clue why either. My son takes about a size 8 in boys (he's tall for his age) and no raincoats for boys in that size to be found at all in this town, I've checked every single store!! It's about 9:30 ADT right now... And I'm considering putting on some socks, my feet are getting cold again!!

	I had the oven on earlier but it's cooled off since then. I'm thinking I'll be buried under two thick comforters and a thermal blanket in bed again tonight, even though Hubby's a furnace... Even with him in bed with me, I freeze on cold nights!! Feeling the need for CREED now... I'm so in the mood to listen to "What If?"... So darn fitting for so many reasons...

	I wish I knew exactly what happened but it was the old boss' decision... It's okay we're still here and I'm grateful that Penth has Sanctuary and we're all welcome here!! Now to finish cleaning up the Sanctuary FB group, I'll start up a thread for the link for anyone who is not a part of it yet when I'm done... All nighter, here I come!!!
