All right...I must admit, I don't always have as much time or energy as I'd like, so I'm doing some copypasta of an intro I already wrote (lol). I know, I fail, but intros are quite difficult, IMHO...

Hi, guys...

I've been meaning to come here, but I've had a lot going on. We were taking care of a terminally ill grandmother (leukemia), and she just passed away on Saturday night. So, we've been dealing with a lot of stuff on that front. My boyfriend's mom figured out scheduling for the memorial service in Arkansas and all that...I'll be staying at home with my boyfriend, in case he needs anything.

Um...I guess I should mention that friends here may know me by Toki Wartooth, Tokidoki, or just Mercedes. Once upon a time I also used a UN that was like ... Arania or something? My memory fails, but you get the idea.

I haven't been too into my spirituality, unfortunately, due to what all has been happening. I'd like to get back into the swing of things, but it does help me to "be around" people who are spiritual and spiritually involved.

I have been quite involved in my martial arts -- I've invested in doing a Japanese swords class, which I've been taking for nearly 10 months. It's a style called Toyama Ryu (Batto Jutsu), and we recently had our tournament, Thursday to Saturday. Was good, but exhausting.

Anyway, I guess that's it for now...nice seeing you guys.

Sorry to hear about your bf's grandmother. Smiley Sanctuary is a good place to heal so make yourself comfortable and relax.
