	Went and picked up the marriage license today. We get the rings tomorrow. Everything is bought for the reception. I make the cakes tomorrow. Goodness, this is crazy! 8 days. That's how much notice he gave me with this. And we're managing to pull of a wedding with a guest list of about 30 of our closest friends and family.

	Amber loves to smooch my sneakers and shove her head right inside of them. I have no clue why unless it's because she likes the smell of my feet or something..... Hubby swears she has a death wish.... Sorry but my sneakers smell no where near as bad as his does!! To be blunt, the catboxes smell better than his old rotten shoes!!

	Warrior Princess had been sleeping in my lap all afternoon. This did not please the War Queen. So in order to head off another round of bad temper on her part, I laid down with her on the bed and after a bit, she forgave me and went to sleep with her head in my hand. I took the opportunity to catch a nap myself -- STILL not completely over this cold but getting there -- and I am now getting caught up with dishes, laundry and the internet!

	Hi everyone! It's a sunny day here in my end of the world... And it's cold enough that we're going to get SNOW later today!! Not a lot but enough to remind us that winter will soon be here... Barfing line is that way... ----------------> Son has a doctor's appointment this afternoon so I'll be taking him to that and running errands afterwards. Hubby isn't sure if he will be going with or not, it all depends on how he feels and how much stuff he wants to do around the house. Time to check my SP Pets quickly and get another coffee while I finish getting caught up.

	And I am back, you lucky people, you! The Queen and the boys are currently outside and the kits are none too happy that they were kept inside! But it is chilly out there and their itty-bitty kitty fur is NOT thick enough! So in they stay!

	Went and picked up the engagement ring and wedding band today. Engagement ring is sitting nicely on my finger; wedding band is put away until tomorrow. First two layers of wedding cake are in the oven. Debating how big to make this thing. I think I'm doing three tiers of cake, with two layers in each tier, which is a lot of cake LOL But the top layer will be small, because it's the anniversary layer.

	Warrior Princess was in my lap again. Her little claws are SHARP. I might as well NOT be wearing these yoga/exercise pants.... I think she plans to share me with the War Queen. I'm not sure what the War Queen is going to think about that. She hasn't been willing to "share" me since Sassy and Sebastian died.... And Mistletoe seems to be laying a claim to Skywise....

	Spirit's coat is in the dryer and making a heck of a racket. Midori is in my lap again and going to sleep. The War Queen is sleeping in the rocking chair by the front door. I think she knows the little one is in my lap but since she -- the Queen -- has never been a big one for lap sitting, she shouldn't complain.

	whoever hacked my husband's xbox account needs to be shot. they spent all of the points we just bought on sunday (thankfully that's all they did) called up microsoft and they've froze the card, so that no one can buy anything, and will start looking into it monday.
