There are TWO girlcats on the chair behind me. It is crowded!
And World Cat Wrestling, Junior Division is going on behind my head!

I was just happy to get through it with an intact marriage. Not to mention making up last night was a whole lot of fun...
In a way, it was a tad on the funny side... morbidly funny, but funny nonetheless.
The night before, he'd been tossing and turning in his sleep. He'd gone to bed in a bad mood; he's bipolar, and his moods can be crazy. At one point, while he was dreaming and I was asleep, his arm went flying, and his hand caught me in the face, with his wedding ring hitting me right on the bone just under the eye. So I woke up with a pretty little bruise right there. He felt so, so, so bad about it, he was kissing it in the morning.
Then we got into the fight. And it was a bad fight. REAL bad. I haven't had a fight that bad since my last marriage, and that one, I ended up with a fax machine thrown at me (I'm not kidding!) This one, the only thing that was thrown was his phone, and he didn't throw it at me LOL I'd gone upstairs, and he'd stayed downstairs. I was coming down, and my foot went out from under me and I fell down the stairs. He threw his phone running to get me.
Anyway... so we have this huge, blowout screaming fight, and his aunt, who we live with, is freaking out, because I've got a black eye, I've had a seizure, and during the seizure, a tooth shattered, and I'm spitting out pieces of tooth. She's thinking the worst and threatening to call the cops, and all I'm thinking is, "Really? Really? You think he hit me? Where was someone to call the cops when my ex WAS hitting me?"
J didn't even raise a hand to me once. He never has, and after the fight yesterday, I know he never would. He'd walk away first. In fact, he did. He took off down the street. Of course I went after him, barefoot, no coat, in the cold. He got to the corner, turned and said he needed space, so I went back home. He must not have needed much space, though; he was back in less than five minutes.
We continued to fight and fight and fight, and then when he logged into his phone account to suspend service on his phone, and try to cancel his contract, I was finally able to resolve the fight altogether.
Got lots of apologies from him, and lots of making up.
