were under a winter weather advisory supposedly 3-7 inches but in the first hour of the snow getting here we already had an inch and the temp is dropping, this should be fun

We got about three inches of the white *BLEEEEEP* today... School got out an hour early. That was okay, I wrapped up what will be the end of a chapter not long before the bus arrived, so I was going to stop at that point anyway....

If you get ice, it will be gorgeous (especially if the sun comes out) but dangerous. Ice is heavy and it can bring good sized pieces of tree down so be careful. You have been banged up quite enough here lately! Smiley

Since Skywise IS home and winding down, I'm going to get offline and do the same. We aren't going anywhere in the morning so I should be here earlier than usual, barring power failure that is. That freezing Smiley is still coming down! Smiley *sigh*

We have ice.
We also have electricity so I'm not complaining!
DP is still trying to get SunLord to wrestle with her even though she weights 4 pounds and he weights over 13. Since she no longer smells "interesting" he isn't quite as enthusiastic about wrestling as he was. "I" am interested in some tea and breakfast......

One of my old school friends is a tattoo artist and he'll be making a trip down this way sometime in March... I want him to do a tat for me so badly but the one I want is VERY expensive (I want the outline and coloration done for the lion that I want around my Leo constellation tat!) I can't afford it! Sad

*wonders if she can get her friend to give her a memorial tat for Birdie with just her name and dates on it pretty cheaply........*

There is nothing like a snugly kitty to relax a person I swear!

I just finished doing the dishes, and Noelle was INSISTING that I give her headbutts whenever I walked past her perch... She's now sitting on top of the computer tower, purring like crazy! She's such a lovable little cat!!  Smiley

Fatso is snoozing on the back of my chair in the living room. I'm expecting her to go nuts later on.... Roll Eyes

lord help us again, for some unknown reason my roommate has stupidly agreed to go to a 21st bday party at our friends house even though shes not gonna drink because "shes sick" and shes gonna leave before our friend drinks so she can be driven back instead of having to walk, but that friends apartment may have been infested with bed bugs. we found that out just before end of last semester and both of us went home after that so we dont know if they still have them, if they even were bedbugs, if they got rid of them, or what, yet she's still going over there. God please do not let any of those nasty things hitchhike home if they are there especially since she hangs her coat on the corner of my bed!

Morning everyone!

It's a sunny but chilly day out there again! We got some more snow yesterday and although our road has been plowed (very sloppily!), it wasn't salted since yesterday morning.

I drove down to the store last night (18 mph the entire way instead of the usual 40 mph!) and there was some twit doing doughnuts on the road in an SUV. The idiots seem to come out of the woodwork whenever it snows more than half an inch here I swear....... Roll Eyes I didn't get hit or anything but the idiot almost went into the ditch. I should have given him an extra "push" to teach the dimwit a lesson.....................  Smiley

Anyway, unless plans change, I'll be around for a good part of the daytime today. Time to finish getting caught up and get another coffee!! Cheesy
