I'm back... I did some stuff offline, had a nice nap with the furballs (Noelle loves Hubby's pillow!) and let Son have the computer for a while after he got home from school.

Now to get caught up again...... I'll be around for a couple of hours before CSI and Iron Chef come on!

I've been comparing my last hard copy to the final draft. I'm ready to start on the third chapter. I'm not finding many formatting errors that I missed on the first pass so things are going pretty quickly. The eyes are starting to burn though, so I'll probably be calling it quits for the night once I get through chapter 3.

Morning everyone!

It's another school day and gods willing a day where I may be able to get a little editing and/or writing done while Hubby is running errands later... All depends on what time he leaves and how long he plans to be gone that is! LOL

I'm around for the most part today in between things.

Miss Fluffy Girl had her breakfast not that long ago and is looking for more canned food... She's really turned into Birdie in a lot of ways, silly girl!

It's a gray, foggy day here and Skywise let me sleep in which was sweet of him 'cause he knows that "sleep" hasn't been doing me much good lately -- weird and/or disturbing dreams.  So I'm here, not awake yet and getting caught up.

Son's watching TV, Hubby just came in from doing a few things outside and I'm sitting here listening to music and keeping up with things... I think I have all of the research on Lunenburg that I need for now... However I may do a double check in the morning before Son leaves for school just to be sure!!

I had cause to investigate the "relationship" options on facebook last night. The "relationship" categories (married, single, divorced, etc) are pretty good although "polyamorous" should be on the list too since more and more "poly people" are coming out but what got me was the relationship "definitions" (mother, father, brother, sister, cousin, etc) which I found sorely lacking. Sure, they had "partner" but no "partner in crime", let alone "unindicted co-conspirator". And how about "minion"? I mean really! I have seen people listed as  "friends" when "minion", "toadie" or "bootlicker" would be a more accurate description! But I digress.  If I wanted to single out someone who was involved with me in a writing project, I "could" call that person my "partner" but when people hear/see "partner" without a qualifier like "business" or "writing" they immediately jump to the conclusion that the involvement in romantic/sexual in nature which has the potential to be highly embarrassing.  Facebook really needs to spend less time fixing what ain't broke and more time making what they have more accurate and useful.

I will now step down from the soapbox....
