Judy Blume and a few others managed to pull it off, but yeah, the majority can't. I can't so that's why I write in third person, and besides, I like the reader knowing what's happening with EVERYONE anyway so it works out great for me! LOL

I do too. My books would be considerably less interesting if you didn't know what was going on with everyone, especially in 3 where the characters are scattered all over the place.

Most of the time, my characters aren't but it's still good to be able to let the reader know what's going on with each of them, especially in an explosive situation.

And I forgot to post that it's my nephew's 16th birthday... Which means he can get his beginner's license! *PRETENDS TO HANG HERSELF!!* Shocked Smiley

I'm doing more spring cleaning here, laundry at the moment... Smiley

No tv here so I've been keep up with the tornado news on-line.  Really scarey stuff.  I could never live in a place without a basement again, I would be terrified to live in a mobile park.  I hope everyone is staying as safe as they can.

One of my best friends I met in a Creed forum is affected by it and I'm scared for her right now. Sad I hope she's okay!

My friend from OK is alive and well. I'm not going to pass on some of the stuff she was sharing after the major cells passed by her area but she is SAFE and I can stop worrying about her for now.

I just hope Penth and her family are safe too....

I'll be here on and off through the daytime unless something changes. Time to get caught up.

I'm glad your friend is safe, it appears my friends in OK have weathered the storm as well.  So thankful for small miracles. 

I will be happier when we hear from Penth, keeping a candle going here for her and the family.  I've got to get the boys going for school.  I'll be back in a little while.

I don't see anything on CBC's website about anything hitting Indiana but one never knows. *SIGH* I'll feel a LOT better when she checks in with us either in here or FB too RT.

Right now, I'm trying to keep busy so I do NOT think so much... Between worrying about Penth and her crew and my friend in OK, and stuff happening here in real life, it's a wonder I'm not bald at the moment....  Smiley

I have the file for Book 2 open but I don't know how much I'll get done. Hubby is home right now and I'm tired so I'm not sure if I'll even get any rereads/editing done at this rate. Smiley

I'm going to get back to spring cleaning.  Youngest is home yet again, says he couldn't sleep last night and his eyes are black enough I believe him.  But I am fed up with this routine.  Definitely going to be a scheduled visit to the Dr in his future.

I've been doing some rereading/editing but the eyes are NOT cooperating so it's slow going. I have been jotting down ideas in the ideas file but nothing is really gelling. I'm too darn tired to think properly. I'm thinking early offline and early bedtime tonight so I'll be in halfway decent shape for my writing time tomorrow.

Smiley I'm here and we're okay. The wind woke me up at about 3:15 am and by 3:45 we were in the clear. It was worse on the northeast side of Indianapolis and points east but aside from widespread power outages there isn't much damage being reported. Once I went back to sleep I slept in and just got up. I did wake up long enough for Skywise to promise me that he wasn't going to work on the tree today. Now to get caught up.

Hubby is running errands so I'm now trying to find the right spot to insert a conversation/scene that would make something else a LOT more logical in the main manuscript. I wish I could concentrate a LOT better.... *SIGH* Meh, if I don't get it done today, hopefully tomorrow, because I would love to get moving with things in the main manuscript file and get to the fun stuff and getting that one scene spliced in!  Smiley
