I know it. Sad Luckily the last couple of years, any more major hurricanes or tropical storms that nailed us hit during the daytime.

Speaking of which, the 2013 hurricane season starts in about 10 days or so, but things won't start nailing my end of the eastern seaboard for a couple of months, or I hope that's the way it goes at least. Generally the ocean is too cold this far north until about August or September for a hurricane or even a TS to strike.

I'll still be keeping a VERY close eye on the American and Canadian Hurricane Centre sites though.... *SIGH*

On a better note, I managed to get the "foundation" of what I needed to add written up before Son got off of the bus.. Now something else that happens in that chapter is a LOT more logical! Heh. Cheesy

I figured out how Our Heroine wakes up after she cries herself to sleep to join in the conversation her father's consort, his sister and his mother are having about her situation so I'm happy about that.

I'm trying to decide how to start Chapter 16... I know how I want things to play out with certain things BUT how to get there is unclear right now. Hmm.....

Well, in my case, the leading characters have... ahem... "SOMETHING"... to do before I can get moving on with the more funnier stuff... How their relationship is revealed to her family is going to be fun to write!  Smiley

Smart idea. I've been doing edits/rereads on my own work and am seeing a few more little "gaps" that I need to fill in. Where I'm only in rough draft and not on a deadline at the moment, that can be done at a later time.

All I did was put up a VERY small quote from the new story for certain eyes only on FB... Tongue

No need to shut the blast doors, but I may be hiding behind the plant for a bit. I'm not sharing anything like a scene from it yet, I want things to be a little more refined and settled in the story before I start doing that again. LOL
