I have 17 likes and Facebook wants $10 a day to promote the page which I do NOT have. The money I was saving to go to Print on Demand had to go to pay the property taxes instead. *sigh*

And probably enough to heat a twenty room mansion.

They're asking me the same thing too. NO FREAKING WAY. As long as owning the pages are free, I'm not giving them a single red cent. That's freaking ridiculous how they're basically demanding money just to promote a page. Maybe the bigger companies, etc can afford it but someone like us can't. If we ever have to pay for a page, I'll be shutting down mine. I can't afford it otherwise. Sad

Any spare money I would have had will be going toward an eye exam and new glasses. *SIGH*

We can create sites for FREE elsewhere and I have MS Front Page... I'd be designing my own site for that and using a small portion of my brother's server space for it when/if that ever comes to pass.

I'm making headway with my "secret information" notes. I may need to make some alterations as things progress but I AM getting some things figured out.

The race is going fast and the rain is still out of state. As soon as the race is over, we're going into town for a late lunch and to get some cheese for tomorrow's pizzas. Moonie forgot to tell me that we are out. *sigh*

Yeah I am but still, I hope it NEVER comes down to that!

Gotcha, I'll be here for a couple of more hours. No worries. I'll be making supper when Hubby drives in but it's rather easy and quick to make.

We'll probably be getting more groceries tomorrow. Hubby only picked up the basics on Friday due to a time shortage. He had to be at the school by 4:30 to get Son and since he worked last night, hasn't been able to get the full list. Thank the gods the list is NOT very long, we've been stocking up on things here and there, it's mostly stuff like paper towel, coffee and cat litter on this week's list. LOL

We'll be heading into town as soon as we get our cats in a row. The race is over. A very deserving driver won -- he's come "this close" a number of times -- and last I heard it was the fastest race in Indy history although I'll have to check on that. Catch ya later.

I've got one name, reaching back to my Dark Shadows lovin' roots for it and I have at least two and maybe three to go. I need to decide if they are siblings or parent and child and I also need to know what they look like. Time to start "casting."

Congrats to the Halifax Mooseheads, who won the Memorial Cup this year. They're a junior hockey team from the Quebec Major Junior League. I dont' think the province will stop partying for a while after this... LOL

We're back. We didn't need a lot thanks to Hubby getting a lot of stuff yesterday on the way home so we didn't stop anywhere.
