	We're back from town. It's hot, humid and the air quality stinks -- literally. I got some sleep last night but I'm coughing right now after being out in that stinking air. Time to see if the world is still out there. (Pretty sure it is. CNN was on at the Burger King....)

	Lousy air quality has me coughing again although thankfully not as much as yesterday. We REALLY need a massive front to come through and clear out the air....

	Right now, I'm wishing for a nice strong cold front to come through and clear the crud out of the air and wash away all the dried mud and dust left by the overflowing creeks. 	Afternoon. Skywise works today --pooh! -- and has already left. WardenDike suggested Benedryl for my cough and since we have some, I tried it and I actually got some sleep. This confirms Skywise's theory that I'm reacting to the currently "lousy" air quality rather than suffering from a virus or bacteria. I've been getting caught up and I think that getting prone -- at least for a while -- is in my immediate future.

	I got prone and started coughing. The Benedryl didn't seem to help much. I kept dozing off and then waking up coughing so any "rest" I got was negated by the energy used to cough. Thunderstorms are starting to fire up so I'll probably be offline soon. Too bad they aren't widespread enough to clear out the air....

	I was doing fine until we went to town and I had to breathe. My chest started to feel tight so I took some Benedryl with lunch. That was about three hours ago and now I'm feeling sleepy. Since everything is caught up, I'm gonna get prone and fall asleep if it gets that far. Later.

	Afternoon. I'm sitting here trying not to fall asleep. We went into town and by the time we got there, my lungs were starting to react to whatever it is in the air that they don't like. I took some Benedryl -- which I had in my bag -- and now I'm sleepy. I may have no choice but to take a nap.

	After Skywise left, I laid down for a Benedryl induced nap. I woke up about half an hour ago. This needing a nap is a bit inconvenient but not as inconvenient as constantly trying to hack up a lung.....
