	Morning. We're back from lunch and shopping and my knees are killing me. I guess I didn't stop and/or rest them enough yesterday. I'm still glad I got done what I did though, so it's worth it. There's still a lot to do and I'll do what I can today. But first I'm going to get caught up.

	We've had a storm move through. Lots of rain -- don't know how much yet -- but not the "severe" stuff that was expected. NOT that I'm complaining! The power stayed on, nothing fell on the house and we didn't hear anything to indicate that anything came down anywhere else. The poplar has been shedding dead limbs lately and the locust next to the driveway dropped a good sized limb next to the van but didn't hit it. I guess "Someone" is looking out for us.

	Morning. We managed to get everything done in between bouts of rain. More's incoming but we'll be inside the rest of the day. I'm hoping the weather won't mess up watching AoS tonight. Now to get caught up.

	Saw AoS. sniff No rain in the immediate forecast but I'm thinking that once that "gonna be" hurricane down south comes ashore -- probably next week -- we'll get some of it. But the weekend looks dry and that's enough for now.

	Morning. We're back from our produce run and lunch. The state's "mandated" mask wearing goes into effect on Monday but most of the people we saw today were wearing them. Of course, Meijer wasn't letting anyone in who wasn't wearing one and that had a lot to do with it! Walmart was doing the same the last couple of times we were there. They had an employee standing outside the door handing out masks to anyone who didn't have one. Kids eight and under are the only ones excused from it and, I assume, people who can't wear them for medical reasons. I suspect that one can't wear a mask while using supplemental oxygen but I could be wrong. I'll be reading later about the arrangements they've made for the 500 but first I'm going to get caught up.

	I've been doing some heavy cleaning in the kitchen today. The knees aren't liking it but it's worth it. I just hope I can walk "reasonably well" tomorrow. This will be a somewhat long term project but if I pace myself I "should" be able to get it done without crippling myself and once it's done, it shouldn't be too hard to keep things clean. 	Afternoon. I'm swearing at the Hoosier Motor Club/AAA. Today, we got a bill for our membership. I PAID THE BILL on the 8th. They CASHED THE CHECK YESTERDAY!!!! My life would be so much easier if people WOULD DO THEIR DAMNED JOBS!!! I intend to growl about it for a while since Indiana Dept. of Revenue has decided that we owe them more money. It's a small amount but, once again, someone didn't do their job and our withholding wasn't enough. I need a drink......

	Finished a section of content for the "scrapbook" project. I'll print it tomorrow or Monday. The cats have been using the box with the scanner in it to lay on so Skywise made them a box of wood to replace it. It will probably go into service tomorrow and so will the scanner.

	Power went off at 3:55 pm. Came back on at 10 pm. All systems are stable after the outage. A couple of clocks need to be reset. Dinner is started. I "should" have it ready on time.
