	Afternoon. Back from town, stopped in at the bank and ate. Waiting for this week's Q & A email from my instructor to come in. Also waiting for the regular mail. I hope that when the weather warms up and stays warm, my knees won't hurt so much. I'll be seeing the doctor once you can without it having to be an emergency. I've given up on getting the GelSyn3 but I'm hoping for the kind of injections I got the first time. They were good for about three months and I'll take whatever I can get.

	sigh I have just enough discomfort in my knees while sitting down for me to be aware of it. Not nearly enough to justify painkillers but enough to remind me -- like I need to be reminded -- that I have bad knees and getting up from this chair is going hurt, maybe a lot. sigh

	Skywise just called. It's been another long busy night. I've ordered some essential oil I need for a project and, since it can be rather expensive, I shopped around -- online -- for an hour before making my decision. I also ordered a small set of jewelry making tools which I "hope" will solve a problem I have. If industrial diamond coated steel doesn't do the trick, I don't know what will. 	Afternoon. Back from Saturday stuff. Actually ate inside at the SR135 Arby's and..... they had CRINKLE FRIES! Spirit likes crinkle fries and she was quite happy. So now we'll have to see if they're available at the other Arby's stores we go to. I have taken painkiller. I have a LOT to do today, probably more than I can get done in one day, but I want to get done as much as I can. I will now get caught up while waiting for the painkiller to kick in.
