Ok, this post should be split between weather report and bitchbitchbitch as I need to BITCH about our FOUL weather!  Now I know you folks on the East Coast are going to sling my bitching right back at me, but it's TOO FREAKING HOT here.

I'm tired of 90 degree days.   I'm tired of the sunshine.   I want AUTUMN and HOLIDAY WEATHER!!!!  I'm tired of Summer, I waved it goodbye at the equinox and damnit, it won't GO AWAY.  I LOVE rainy weekend days, hot bubble baths and cozy weather.  I love to cook in it too, and do what I lovingly refer to as 'production cooking,' but with these temps, I'm just not in the mood...

It's supposed to start cooling down, can't wait and BRING IT ON!

If you want it to be cool, how about a white Christ-Mass for L.A. this year?  I did that to New Orleans about 15 years ago.  Nothing Arctic.  I promise.  Just enough to make it pretty.  Thanksgiving forcast for Kansas City is sunny and between 65 and 75 degrees.  AWESOME!!
