	I've been lurking another site this afternoon and I've come to the conclusion that I'm a fairly rare individual in that neither my life nor the lives of my immediate family is in a mess. Our problems are few, small and manageable. Everyone is healthy and happy. Skywise and I have a solid, unshakable relationship and life is good, verging on darn near perfect. Thanks be to the Gods.

	I've been lurking at another site. Such naughty people. You go along, minding your own business and suddenly there is a knife in your back from the person you would least expect. It would appear that the overwhelming majority of folks haven't outgrown junior high school so why is anyone surprised? I have the luxury of sitting back, watching the show and shaking my head at the transparent motives of all involved. And their motives are transparent, no matter how sneaky they think they are or how much they try to justify what they have done or are still doing when they think no one is paying attention. Give it a couple of weeks -- or less -- and it will all start again. Same script with different players....

	I am indulging in a little lustful anticipation of the new iMac that Skywise has promised me with all the lovely bells and whistles. [Built in Webcam!] He seems set on getting me the one with the 24 inch screen and so far, he hasn't changed his mind. The new operating system -- which is what we are waiting on -- is supposed to be released in the fall. I'm going to regard the new Mac as my birthday present.....
