I'm back, finally. Smiley The need for "rampant naughtiness" has been brought under control -- at least for the moment -- and dinner -- rump roast -- is in the crockpot. I downloaded a IFGS manual (Game writing and production) last night. I got most of the 119 pages printed out before the ink cartridges ran dry. I've got the pages in order and the holes punched so I can put it in a binder. Now, I'm gonna go process words......

I didn't make much headway on the writing front today. I've been drooling over the new iMacs. How did Apple know that black/silver is my very favorite color combination? We'll be up on the far northside of Indianapolis next weekend and we're gonna go to the Apple Store up there and do a little "in anticipation" drooling. Skywise has pretty much decided which iMac we will be getting. The 24" Mac with 2.80GHz Intel Core 2 Extreme, the fastest one of the bunch, if I understood him correctly. [He was waxing eloquent about it as I was fighting to stay awake last night!] Skywise ------>  Smiley MacConnection is taking advance orders on Panther for shipping in October so we figure that the OS is on track to be delivered on time. In other news, my better half has been looking at a space age, ergonomically correct desk. It is, in his opinion, absolutely perfect and exactly what he wants. The problem? The desk costs more than the computer! Smiley  I think I'm gonna have to be the "spoilsport" wife and put my foot down.....
