	sigh Another hour yet to go before Skywise gets home. Don't want to start anything "major" this late and if the War Queen and I head for the bed for a cuddle we will both fall asleep which will make it hard for me to go back to sleep after he gets home. more sigh I will roam the internet and seek diversion...

	Skywise got home about an hour ago but thanks to HughesNet being cranky I wasn't able to say "goodnight" then. It's still being cranky and I'm on the downstairs comp using dialup! snark! If it continues to be cranky, my online time could be limited, so consider this your "head's up!" Anyway, everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Whew! Okay. Things have settled a bit. The Prince of Midnight, who was out for a walk with Moonie, decided to take part of his constitutional on the roof. He has now come back down so all is good on that front. We hit the ground running this morning having gotten a late start thanks to staying up late working on the "comp issues." Everything is working fine at the moment and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I got the muslin I needed and once the glue on the "ghosts" is dry, I'll get them hung up. What has me severely POed is the fact that Wal-Mart was completely out of the printer cartridge that I need and since the K-Mart has closed, there is NOWHERE else in town to get one. �So before I can print anything I'm going to have to go to Greenwood or Floral Gulch where there are genuine office supply stores as well as places to shop besides Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart's lazy attitude toward restocking is adversely affecting my schedule! I can see that I'm just going to have to get into the habit of having at least one extra printer cartridge on hand (two would be better!) at all times! snark! Need to go make tea and chill. There is nothing I can do about the printer "problem" until tomorrow at the earliest and probably not until Saturday...snark!

	Well, I got the tea made but Skywise had his own ideas on how I should "chill." So we "chilled" -- quite a bit actually! -- and I got to vent about some things that I really needed to talk about and finally, I explained my idea on how to get around the "all the good spots have 'stuff' underground" kitty yard problem. No immediate objections came to his mind so I'll develop the idea a little more and maybe start working up a materials and mill list. �This project isn't going to be exactly cheap..... but it beats digging graves. � Once we were done "chilling", I got the ghosts hung up and since Skywise is on his way to work, I will now fetch my tea (which should be very cold by now) and kick back while I read the news. Later.

	Well, everything on today's list is done, including workout, except dinner which I'll be starting directly. I even got a little bit done in the basement so I'm a pleased girl. Did some thinking while I was working so I've made some progress on that front too!

	Nike has just arrived on YaHoo. I was wondering if her computer had started giving her attitude again. Obviously not but I don't think it's going to be 100% until her tech-savvy friend has a look at it. Pizza dough is rising and I'm chatting with Nike. It is good.....

	Pizza is almost done and Nike has headed for bed. The poor girl was exhausted. We're going to the Children's Museum Haunted House tomorrow. We've gone every year since the girls were old enough. We go during the "scary" hours. More fun that way and it's just "scary enough." Although with some of the movies Spirit has been buying and watching, it might not be scary enough! Pizza's done....

	Morning! It's too early... but we want to be in the first group to see the Haunted House this today, plus Skywise goes in early(ier) today so we have less time than we've had this week. So... yawn.... we're up and will be leaving for Indianapolis in about 40 minutes. I need tea. Getting some clothes on would probably be a good idea too... Later, after we come back from being scared...

	We got back about half an hour ago, but Skywise is leaving pretty soon so I've been running around getting stuff ready. The Haunted House was good. They added some new effects this year that really added to the experience. Hopefully they will expand on it next year. Plus they took out a part that I've never liked [a "blackout" maze] so I was happy about that. The workers in the concession area at the exit were tickled that the girls wore costumes. Hehehehe If I get inspired, I may wear one next year. Need to get my tea and get busy. Later.

	Everything is done except dinner which is simmering as I type. Cold front came through this afternoon and I thought the wind was going to drive me insane. Sustained winds, especially spring through fall, make me extremely anxious. Gonna get a printer cartridge tomorrow one way or another so I can get back on track! Grr..... Need to put some music on... along with a sweater... Later.

	...thinking about Skywise's best friend. She has lupus pretty bad. We haven't seen her in a while although she and Skywise talk on the phone. I keep feeling that the next time I see her, it will be at her funeral. Her husband seems to be preparing himself for that, getting more involved in their church [they're Christians] and getting a support system in place for himself since he's been devoting himself to her care since she got sick which was about five or so years ago. �At this stage, I know death will be a mercy for her (as it was for my mother when she passed) and she's likely going to welcome it but it is going to be hard on her husband and on Skywise. �

	Afternoon! We're back and I HAVE a printer cartridge so I am FINALLY back in business! I should be back on schedule on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. The book I was expecting arrived and after glancing through it, it looks to be an interesting read. First of the month, I'll get the next book on my list.. also .... As we were going into Arby's for lunch, Skywise said that I "could be" "one of a kind" in a sense other than the standard "everyone is a unique individual" sense. He was able to tell me what sense without anyone overhearing, which would have been a bit "blush making." So I think I need to get him to elaborate on that a little more. Later...

	Still haven't gotten around to that "discussion". Things are very chaotic today, not as insane making as they could be but crazy enough! Going to head downstairs and do my workout in a few more minutes then fix dinner afterward. We're eating light tonight so it won't take long to fix.

	sigh Nike and her sis are STILL working on her comp. Danged PC! I tried to work on Book 3 but I didn't get far. I think I'm a bit too tired tonight and not having worked on it for a while, I didn't have an easy place to pick it up and run with it. I did get something done on one little section so maybe I can work on that more when I'm feeling a little more creative!

	Afternoon! Busy day so far although I'm hoping that it will slow down now!! We've already been to town for Spirit's "taco fix" and picked up a few things at Wal-Mart. I'm going to be making three pies on Wednesday and I needed "stuff" to do that, got almost everything I needed. We'll have to hit the grocery store for the rest of it but since we have to go into town to pay the electric bills and the grocery is just "down and across" the street from the electric company, this isn't a big deal. Going to make my tea now, finally, and get caught up on things. Later.
