	I've been up for a while. Skywise and Moonie went into town to pick up the sump pump. Spirit didn't want to go so I stayed home with her. I'd have stayed anyway. I'm not coughing this morning and I'd like to keep it that way! And I'll have to go out tomorrow -- payday. It's raining but it's warm enough that it isn't freezing. Hope it stays that way.

	Skywise and Moonie are home with the sump pump and lunch. Lunch as been eaten and he's gone up to the Guest House to get the sump pump hooked up. It shouldn't take too long.

	Wrong again! But he has it in good enough that it should hold until the weekend. I'm supposed to check on it every couple of hours. The water wasn't coming in very fast when he left and it's barely drizzling right now so I'm hoping that there won't be any problems. I've taken the Christmas tree apart. The Prince of Midnight was nestled in the top of it and bent the "point" over. I took pix, Moonie removed him and I took it apart. He and the SunLord are now investigating the "thicket" in the living room.. I think I'm gonna go rest for a while. I'm still not a 100% and I'm going to HAVE to go into town tomorrow. Later.

	Checked on the sump pump about 35 minutes ago. So far so good. I called Skywise at work and gave him the 411 so he wouldn't worry. I smelled propane while I was in the basement and he's going to check that when he gets home. I left the basement door open so it won't build up down there if its a real leak and not just a "whiff." Anyway, I'm now going to have a snack before I start being useful again. Later.

	Things are still good at the Guest House. The leaks in the south wall are slowing down. I think that the wind has switched around to the north. The north side of the Guest House has a crawl space under it and much better drainage so that side doesn't leak as much. Gonna check the radar and see how much longer this foolishness is going to go on.

	The rain has moved out so I didn't go back up to the Guest House. I'm too exhausted. I just want to sleep but it's going to have to wait for at least a couple of hours yet. Time to fry the sausage. Later.

	Today was payday so we ran off and did the usual payday stuff. Got home, got some of the stuff put away and got Skywise ready to leave for work. It hasn't rained since last night so everything is cool at the Guest House. I've been talking emergency preparedness, self-sufficiency, survival and intentional communities/ecovillages on another site. I'm still "sickie" but I'm getting my study course set up. Mainly composition books to keep my notes/observations in since I already have the "textbooks". I have one general journal which has been and will continue to "catch" whatever is on my mind at the time. The others are going to be kept separate and dedicated to the subjects of energy work, tarot and general sorcery which is what I'm going to be concentrating on for the foreseeable future. �This is in addition to writing my books and getting started on some plans for greater self-sufficiency as we enter the home stretch toward Skywise's retirement. � Who has got time to be bored? Later.

	Dinner's over and I'm heading out. I've been avoiding people tonight. My mood hasn't been the best and I've learned to avoid empaths when I'm that way. Since I have no way of knowing who is empathic and who isn't and add to the fact that said empaths don't tell me when they are uncomfortably aware of me, it's best for me to just crawl under a rock and stay there for the duration. Oh well. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Skywise is on his way to work and it's snowing like hell. No blizzard or anything in the forecast, just enough snow to cut down on visibility and increase the idiocy of a good sized percentage of the drivers on the highway! sigh Need to get busy with something! Haven't decided what yet. Later.
