colored glass is basically used for chakra work.

red - 1 st
orange - 2nd -
yellow - 3rd -
pink and green - 4th
light blue, blue-green: 5th
indigo blue - 6th
purple , gold and clear: 7th.

also will correspond to use with color healing and magic.
