Ugh, I'm gonna have to avoid some of my haunts for a bit.
I hate having to do that, because I miss out on so much usually, but the stress and annoyance isn't good for me.

My boyfriend is graduating from high school today, and I don't get to go see it because he couldn't get an extra ticket.  He may or may not be able to come over and see me after graduation; that just depends on if his mother wants him to stay at her house tonight.

Wow, today SUCKS.

Went to get a bottle of juice out of the fridge, and I dropped a gallon of milk on the floor.  It, of course, exploded.

And have I mentioned the smell of milk makes me nauseous?  Oh, yeah, that's FUN.

So I get on my bike to run to the grocery store and buy another gallon of milk.  As I'm out at the street talking to a friend, getting ready to leave, one of the many teenagers who semi-inhabit our house comes out and says, "Weenie, we have a big problem."  Weenie being my nickname...  I go inside and... two of the boys, including my son, broke the door to the oven.  Shattered it.  All across the kitchen floor.

Are you freaking kidding me????  Ugh... really...

Hopefully, the boyfriend is coming over tonight.  He said he's going to if he gets a chance, but... that chance might be intercepted by his mother, who may not quite understand why he needs to come over to see his sister's 32-year-old roommate... because she does not yet know that we're dating...

Oh, she's gonna fracking love me . . .  Shocked

Morning everyone!! It's another rainy day here in my corner of Nova Scotia... In fact, almost the entire province is getting rain today. UGH.

It's now time for another coffee and to check my SP Pets in another tab while Noelle snoozes on top of the computer tower... I'll also be trying to reread/edit and possibly do more work on UT #7 and work on the banners for my siggy slideshow for in here in GIMP (which will be unveiled AFTER the upgrade!!), gotta find the right pics and the right sayings for each pic too... *scratching head*

Morning!
We're back online! We had another damned deluge this morning. After I posted and determined that there were no watches, warnings or "red alerts" in effect, I went back to bed. It thundered for a while and I went back to sleep. When it started to rain, Skywise got up. Rain changed to "downpour" which then became "deluge" and progressed to "ridiculous." He told me the rain was coming down so hard that in spots, it was rushing OVER the gutters and straight out into the front yard. We apparent had a lake front house for a while...
Needless to say, we lost the satellite for a while but the rain has moved out --ALTHOUGH NOT THE DAMNED THUNDER!!!! -- and I'm back online.
