	No luck in finding "Chicago screws" today. I haven't given up but I may end up having to order a box of 100 sets if I can't find them in smaller amounts. sigh Right now, I'm trying to think of alternatives.

	I'm composing what is basically an essay about the Law of Attraction and karma for my Book of Shadows. I may be the only one to ever read it but it is good to have one's thoughts in organized and recorded, if for no other reason than to know what you were once thinking.

	I've been importing some illustrations into what will be my revised "book of shadows." Thanks to free images online and word processing programs, I can add professional grade graphics to my book. Since I'm going to print it out on 24 lbs., 100% cotton bond paper, it should come out looking gorgeous!

	I have given up on cake decorating for the night! First, my hands kept cramping and I was having to put down a line of decoration then stop and wait until the cramps stopped. Then I'd start again. I got the border around the edges done -- not very neatly, I'm afraid -- and once the cramps subsided, I started on the lettering. At which point, the side seam of the decorating bag split open the entire length of the bag, resulting in more frosting on my hands than on the cake. Hestia was trying to tell me something. I got the hint. I've salvaged what frosting I could and it is now in the freezer. The cake will "go on" for dessert "as is." I hope that dinner goes more smoothly..... Post # 19,091
