	Talking to WD. Aside from 2nd degree sunburn, her weekend was a smashing success. She and Steel Serenity got on the evening news. Pix will be forthcoming. As soon as she gets them, she'll send them to me and I shall post like the little fiend that I am.

	Morning! We're in the middle of a Nor'easter so I'm sitting here hoping the power doesn't go out. We lost it for three hours last night and Son was NOT a happy camper! Thankfully he was exhausted and crashed about 45 minutes into the outage and it was back before he woke up this morning so that was a blessing at least! I'm around on and off as long as the power holds! That wind is pretty darn strong!

	Not pregnant, thank goodness for right now. I now get to start the long process of finding out why my hormones are so screwy, and trying to fix it LOL J is learning that I do have limits. He pushed the edge of one yesterday, and spent the entire day completely begging my forgiveness. He's still walking on eggshells, because he's never seen me so mad. But we are working through things, which is good.

	~Quantum frying pans fit anywhere - this is a lesson I'm am repeatedly put through.~&&~There are no surprises in life. Just us closing our eyes to reality.~

	Skywise is on his way to work and I'm putting in a little time on Book 3. I'm about halfway through it, correcting formatting errors and doing a LITTLE tightening up and tweaking of the text. We'll be starting a short vacation in May and when that's over, I'll start serious work on the Final Draft.

	The "weather" forecast for tonight with much breathless anticipation and grim demeanor has so far failed to materialize. A state of affairs for which I am very grateful. I REALLY didn't feel like spending the evening watching the sky and riding out thunderstorms. I got the first coat of the first color on the three corners for the mirror frame, the fourth one has already had two coats. I'll get the second coat on tomorrow and, hoping, the first coat on the spacers. I'm hoping that by Saturday, I'll be able to start putting on the second color and by next week have them ready to put on the frame. THEN, I can get the trim cut to size, glued onto the backing and start painting THAT. I'm still hoping to have the mirror frame done and in the basement by mid-May. Post # 24,542

I'm tired and more than a little bummed at the moment by the whole "get and agent/get a publisher" thing so I'm going to get out of here before I start making maudlin posts. 	Morning! It's chilly but no rain yet so that dang bird was attacking the windows bright and early. I think I'm getting used to it since I didn't wake up at the crack of dawn. The cats are definitely getting used to it as the kits weren't running from one window to another this morning (and therefore NOT running across my face) trying to get at the bird!

	It's great to be back... $35 for a freaking diagnostic on the computer that took TEN HOURS even though I told them was was wrong with my computer and I was RIGHT... It was the video card all along. Fixed now, I gots a new one installed and so far, it's working great. MISSED EVERYONE by the way!! Daytime TV: YECH!! And I have over 100 channels on the satellite....

	There is very little on television worth one's time these days. It makes me glad that there are still books I haven't read and that most of the shows I've most enjoyed watching through the years are available on dvd!

	I dug out my CSI DVDs after Son went to school. Spent most of the day on the chair with Fluffy Girl snoozing on my lap while I drooled over Nicky......... Speaking of Fluffy, she's passed out on top of the computer tower. Guess she missed it as much as I did! LOL
