Morning. It's one of those windy, rainy days here... YECH.

Son has school and Hubby will be running errands at some point so I'll be working on outlines, etc for my writing marathon tomorrow. I also have to restart the computer due to "updates" for my OS so I'll probably do that in a bit, after Son goes to school. BLECH.

Other than that I'll be around most of the daytime. Now to get caught up!!

Literal or figurative "fur'?

I'm back from trim painting and a bit spacy from paint fumes. The paint I'm using today is a "volatile" and the fumes can be bad. Skywise walked into the Guest House kitchen, sniffed and ordered me out into the fresh air. I decided to take a break and do some stuff down here for a couple of hours while the kitchen and my head clear out.

The corners of the cyberverse where I normally prowl are quiet tonight. Everyone is waiting for all hell to break loose and are holding their collective breath. I'm probably not ready for "the storm" to break but the waiting is getting on my nerves. Let's get the unpleasant stuff done and over with!

Morning everyone.

The wind has calmed down, the rain has slowed down to a fine drizzle and things are a lot nicer here today than they were last night.

Son has school and Hubby will be at work so I'll be diving deep into Untitled #7 today. If I can get 2 pages worth of new material added, I'll be very happy!!

Other than that not a lot going on here. I'm going to finish getting caught up while I have another coffee. I'll be around for a couple of more hours before I go offline to write. Cheesy

Afternoon.

I'm here briefly since, if Spirit has her way, we will be heading for Bloomington shortly. *sigh* The girl has a serious bee in her bonnet about it and there will be NO PEACE in the house until she is satisfied. The Gods know she's been cracking the "hurry up!" whip over the rest of us all morning!

The "Loonie Bird Saga" continues. "Birdbrain," having successfully "driven off" his rival in our bedroom windows, has decided to claim the territory on the opposite side of our house.
He's started attacking the windows in the girls' bedrooms and waking them up at the break of dawn. *sigh* Moonie was not amused. Skywise will likely put masking tape over the top section of their windows too which will solve the problem for this season. We'll be looking for a more permanent solution over the winter.

Now to get quickly caught up before Ms. "Ants in her Pants" decides it is time to head out again....

I'm back too but I have to go out to the bus stop in about 5 minutes or so, the bus will be here early today.

Brain is MOOSH... I got over 3 pages added today. I'll explain more in a blog later, and possibly in the adult section if my son will stay away from the computer after he's home!!

The bus came VERY early... I was out at the end of my driveway and just finished checking the time, thinking I had enough time to walk over to the bus stop and the bus came around the corner... I wound up sprinting over to the stop (about 300 feet or so down the road!) just so I could be there when it stopped!!

That was my workout for the day......  Smiley

Son is playing video games so I'm going to try to get a blog entry quickly written up about the writing. I'll post the link in my main (public) writing thread when it's published.  Smiley
