Son's just ultra curious. It's great for school, etc but NOT GOOD when it comes to Mommy's "not fit for children's eyes" manuscripts!

He's being quiet and staying in the living room right now so I'm going to try to add a little more to that scene... But knowing my luck, the instant he thinks I'm concentrating on it, BOOM... There goes the planet. Roll Eyes

Facebook question.
When I go to my author's page, I get an admin panel at the top. I want to include the url for that page in the book on the copyright page. Will a "regular" member of facebook see the admin panel if I use the url I have?

No, they won't be able to see it. I've shared pages by using the links before in spots like here and only admins/moderators can see the admin panel.

I just did a double check with an account that is NOT an admin of Sanctuary's page, using the link we have in our Cyberverse area, and yeah, one goes right to the "About" section, no admin panel visible. Cheesy

Me too. Sanctuary probably won't appeal to everyone, most of them will be content with the facebook page but we could get some good members out of it.

Hubby got home about 15 minutes ago.

Son didn't have a great day at school so I won't have an 8 year old screaming in my ear for computer time tonight. He knows the rules... He has to do ALL of his work when the teacher SAYS SO and he didn't, so he loses his computer time.

I may stay up till 10 or so, editing... Depends on how my eyes feel. I do want to get SOME sleep before I tackle the next part of NR!!! Cheesy I want to wrap up Chapter 36 if I can (REVENGE!) and get into Chapter 37, where I'm hoping to get more of the buildup to "Crash And Burn" out of the way....

And I'll be getting online about an hour after you leave for the night... Since Hubby starts at 6 tomorrow, I'll be up before 5:30.

The guys are playing games on the SNES so I'm going to put on the music in the earbuds and listen to some love songs (Nickelback, Creed, Aerosmith, etc) while doing a reread/edit of Part 2 (what is written so far!). Son's happy. His father is HOME.

I'm not sure when Hubby works full evening shift again... He works Sunday evening but only for four hours, until 7 or so. Otherwise, it's pretty much all daytimes for the next couple of weeks as far as I know.

I have NR open and am hoping to get the next scene at least partway done while the guys are playing SNES. And I'm also trying to figure out how to bring two of the leading lady's beloved friends back into Part 2... They're awesome guys and I do want them to show up at some point again. (You do see an appearance by her best lady friend from part 1 in part 2 but she's no longer living on the east coast...)

I know it. Roll Eyes Fatso hasn't been bad in the running Veridian over department today, she's been snoozing in the living room most of the day... However, that could change after the guys crash. If anyone heard a "YELP" of surprise it was ME...

I KNEW that cat of ours would do something goofy tonight!! I was sitting here, trying to do an edit in NR and she tries to jump up on top of the monitor... She didn't quite make it. She was hanging on to the edge of it with her claws and looking at me as if to say "HA, GOTCHA!!".

Of course, I jumped a MILE... That silly cat got me, just like I said she would!! Roll Eyes

Okay now to calm down, my heart is racing because she startled me!!!  Smiley

I had four doing that to me for a few weeks before we lost Birdie... She was 20 years old and was teaching the others to DIVE BOMB me... Roll Eyes Penth, you remember how I used to grumble about them in here and other spots.. Oh, they were almost as bad for doing goofy stuff as your furry babies are!!!

Sometimes all it takes is ONE cat and there's pure insanity in a house... Fatso almost gave me a heart attack. I wasn't able to hear her zooming around, I have music cranked in the earbuds. She did a "ninja" on me, the silly fat furball!  Smiley

I love that cat to pieces but sheesh, she does love to nail me when I'm NOT paying attention.......... Smiley
