	LOL!! Just like I'm going to enjoy finally getting MY version of "Crash and Burn" written!!! It's only two people "getting it" but parts of it are in different chapters that lead up to the "BIG BOOM"...

	We sat down and talked last night, and made it clear that we have to make things work. He literally has nowhere to go anymore. By coming back to me, his parents have disowned him.

	SIGH Good grief. Poor J. Yeah, they weren't the best parents or family in the world but they were still family and family should be supportive no matter what in my opinion. Cutting someone off because they didn't do what everyone thinks they should do? That's just downright... I'd better shut up before I get myself into deep trouble! Their choice and their mistake. They'll probably come to regret it sometime in the future.

It's one of the reasons I had not attempted to contact him directly, only indirectly, and only to see what he really wanted, not to sway him in any direction. But knowing that they would disown him, he still wanted to come home and work on things. He's going to his own counseling, and he wants to go to counseling as a couple. He's been sitting down with everyone and talking to them about what happened, and about what he's doing to make sure it never happens again.

	Afternoon. I'm here. to AR and especially J. Skywise's mother did the same thing when it became clear to them that I wasn't going to convert to their religion and Skywise wasn't going to leave me because of it. It's hard but he will survive and so will you. VE, I got the wood for the backdrop. I'll paint it today -- gray primer -- and I "should" be able to start taking pictures tomorrow. How quick I send you one will depend on how long it takes to get a shot I'm satisfied with.

	Thanks! LOL I'll work on that when I'm unable to write... If it's before Friday, I have LOTS of time to work on it, other than Tuesday afternoon. I'm thinking Papyrus font would look cool but I'll play around with several fonts until I get it the way you like Penth. I'm now thinking of the next scene in Chapter 38 which will wrap up that chapter... Hmm.... And I'm thinking Chapter 39 will start off with something other than conflict, then we'll get moving a little more on "Crash and Burn". I would have had it going by now but had a couple of more ideas hit me so I'm putting those in there quickly and will have it a chapter or two later than planned.

	No worries! Hubby should be home soon... He's stopping at the one home improvement store in town to get a new burner for the stove. Our stove has only one LARGE burner on to it and the element completely broke last night in one spot. Once he gets home, I'll open the windows, turn on the stove hood fan and we'll get any crud burned off of it, while I hope the smoke alarms do NOT go off!!!

	I'm back and the board is covered with gray primer. Skywise agreed getting a board and painting it gray was easier and cheaper than getting a 4 x 4 foot slab of limestone. Or pouring a concrete slab that size..

	It would be! I'm getting ideas for NR's cover picture... I'm wondering if a picture of one of the local beaches would work, with fancy font.... Now if I can figure out how to make a pictured layer somewhat transparent in GIMP, I'd like to add the Nova Scotia tartan or flag to it somewhere, like in the sky, because most of the story takes place here in my little province... Hmm.........
