I'm back and dinner is in my shiny new crockpot so it's gonna be a very easy cooking day for me! I'm hoping that by the end of the week, I'll have a "family-sized" George Foreman grill. Yeah, the "cooking bug" is beginning to manifest itself in me. I'm thinking that more "eating in" and less "eating out" would be a good thing, even though we really don't eat lunch out that often.

WP surprised me this morning. The Queen was outside with Skywise and I was still in bed. I heard a little "cat-type" noise and then WP jumped up on the bed and proceeded to purr, cuddle, snuggle, lick any bare skin she could reach and to knead the previously mentioned bare skin with her sharp little claws while I petted her. This went on for about five minutes before she hopped down. When I told Skywise about it later, he told me that when he woke up, WP was asleep on the bed at my feet, the Queen having moved into the rocking chair by the front door. Skywise thinks the little one is nailing down the position of "Crown Princess/Heiress Apparent" and will take over as the dominant female when the Queen passes on. I love the little dickens but I hope that it is a long, long time before she becomes the Queen.....

Just ordered a book on REALLY "fancy" sewing and another belly dance instructional dvd. I'm going to have plenty to keep my fingers and/or body busy while I think of what needs to happen in Book 4.....

You are. Personally, stuff like Kenny vs Spenny is just too "OUT THERE" for even me, and I can take a lot. I can't watch South Park any more because it's bad too, and that's not as bad as K vs S. Roll Eyes

I'd rather hear a freaking documentary in the background over that kind of stuff, thanks... And I hate a lot of documentaries....

I just ran off enough record sheets to inventory 1,100 sewing patterns. I hope that will be enough. (Yeah, it might not be!) Oh well, if it isn't, I'll run off more. It's very handy having a copier "in house" even if it IS temperamental!

Greetings!   Smiley   Just catching up, and not as badly sleep deprived as I was over the weekend.  So at least when I write out a post I will remember to post it  Embarrassed  The bloke was breaking in a new mask on his Cpap this weekend so it was noisy.  Last night wasn't too bad though.  So I had a lie in this morning to catch up and have a pot vat of coffee on the way....

That disgusting show is about to come on in about 10 minutes so I'm already prepared... A fresh cup of coffee, media player cranked up in the ear-buds and Word is OPEN. The less I hear or see that show the better, cause I don't want to HURL like our cat does on a regular basis... BLAGH.

I was going to do some proofing in NR myself but kinda got distracted... OOPS... At least it was positive distractions, like networking.

I just have to keep reminding myself that even 200 words in a few hours is progress and that a rough draft IS a rough draft, it doesn't have to be perfect even if I want it to be. Yeah, I'm being too darn hard on myself again. Tongue
