I'm so glad I have experience writing cover letters, doing resumes from scratch, etc., because it's coming in handy for times like this!  Smiley

Okay, I'm going to do a copy/paste into the main manuscript file... The acknowledgements, About the Author, etc were in a separate file and I'm going to add them in now, that way it's done and there.

And I just got the daily dirty sock in the face. MALES. Roll Eyes At least I wasn't eating cause if I was.... NOT THE MAMA!!!!

I've been doing an edit on the FULL main file of Book 2 and trying to get into "write a synopsis" mode... And think of WHAT to put into it. I'm NOT good at condensing my work very well, I either don't give enough or tend to ramble, I can't find the balance between them. *SIGH*

Maybe I'll get lucky and get it done after school starts next week. I'm NOT giving up my writing days for it, those are for writing Book 2 until that's out of the way. I've already alerted Hubby that he may see me spaced out and deep into working on getting the packages ready for publishers sometimes, so don't expect me to be paying much attention or remember much of what he says to me!

Our men are a special breed to put up with us going wonked out and writing a lot, Penth! Just saying. Tongue

I'm going to set Book 2 aside for now and start jotting down a VERY rough outline for the longer synopses. The shorter ones are easy to do, I've already gotten THAT out of the way a while ago but some publishers like longer summaries of a book/novel/manuscript.

If anyone sees a blue cloud emanating from southwest Nova Scotia, please think nothing of it..... I may cross the line between good insane and completely out of it....  Smiley

It doesn't matter... If both Son and Hubby are home, I'll get it anyway... I STILL get it if only Son is around, he uses one of his instead of his father's... Both are HORRENDOUS!!!

Well, the running amok is about the writing and the books so it's a good thing alright! Wink

I'm going to edit for a bit while things are quiet here. Hubby won't be home from work for a while yet and Son is quietly watching TV. Hopefully I can get a chapter or two of Book 2 gone over with a fine toothed comb before the chaos starts................
