Morning. Not a stellar one so far. We were in the van, preparing to head out and it wouldn't start. *sigh* We took the car and Skywise is calling the towing company now. The auto shop knows it's coming.

I'm at the start of Book 1's Epilogue now and am considering adding the "full version" of something from Book 2 to it. It's not much, but it "may" help lead into Book 2 a little more... Or not. Gotta think on it!

Whoops, never mind. I've already led into it, and how things fit together earlier on in the Epilogue. That's good because that means Book 2 will remain in stasis and I won't have any excuse to open it........... Tongue

I am doing my best to think of things that will take my mind off of the van and the fact that we need to find a new doctor, at least in the short term and WHO THE HELL HAS SKYWISE'S MEDICAL RECORDS??!

I think I need a "Number 1 Hottie I'm not married to" fix. Time to raid my stash of pictures......

Mother of Gods, what a day!!

On top of everything else, we got a propane bill for the Guest House. It's not horrendous but we really didn't need it right now with the van in the shop. And THEN about 45 minutes ago, I got an automated call from the hospital reminding me that Skywise has an appointment at 9 on Monday morning with the doctor. Ya know, the doctor that we've been told has left the doctors' group she was in and led to believe has left the area. I'm beginning to doubt that last part. To make it even "funner", we know NOTHING about a doctor's appointment on Monday. Moonie and I have appointments to have our teeth cleaned but we got the call about THAT from the dentist's office this morning. So far, I've called Skywise at work three times today. Since that costs $$$ I'll share my suspicions about the doctors' group with him when he gets home. We've already decided to swing by where the doctor's office was -- and may still be -- and find out about this appointment thing.
If life gets any more "interesting" I may take up drinking.....
