	We went to Steak 'n Shake for dinner. The girls outran us but our "regular" waitress grabbed and seated them before we got inside. Her name's Sarah and she's a gem.

	Afternoon. We went to the Honey Festival today. We didn't stay as long as we usually do 'cause Moonie managed to twist her ankle last night after Skywise and I went to bed. She didn't wake us up. She just wrapped her ankle in masking tape, propped it up and put ice on it. She soldiered on this morning since the festival is a one day event but right NOW, she's on her bed, wearing a brand new ankle stabilizer with her foot on a pillow topped with an ice pack. She's been using a cane all day and now has a great appreciation for MY leg problems! Hopefully, she'll be able to go on tomorrow's outing.

	We decided to reschedule tomorrow's trip. We'll go later in the week after Moonie's foot has had a chance to recover. She says that now it only hurts when she "does something" to it -- like press on the sore spot. This is progress. One thing she did today was when we were in Walmart getting the ankle stabilizer, she got a motorized cart so she could go back to the electronics department and buy a new game which she has been playing all day....

	Afternoon. I slept in this morning since we weren't going anywhere. Skywise is out cutting the grass. Spirit is downstairs on the computer and Moonie is still taking it easy.

	Moonie's feeling better although she's still staying off her foot as much as possible. Today's activities were restricted to eating out at the steakhouse and going to Walmart. We needed a new phone card for Skywise's phone, some bread and odds and ends. We're now in for the night.

	Afternoon. Moonie's foot continues to slowly improve. Hopefully she'll be up for an excursion tomorrow. We made a catfood run this morning. I woke up with a sore arm so I wasn't at my best and when we got home, I took some Aleve and crashed until it took hold. I'm now up and will be attempting to get something done!

	Afternoon. We're back from the Children's Museum. Moonie's foot held up pretty well. At least she didn't complain. We got the tickets for next month's Haunted House. Hopefully, we'll be able to go.

	Skywise decided that a.) he didn't want our regularly scheduled Tuesday dinner and b.) I was too tired to cook anyway so we made an unscheduled trip into town for roast beef sandwiches at Arby's. We're now back, comfortably stuffed with roast beef, and I don't have to cook!

	I think I'm going to pack it in for the night. Tomorrow is Skywise's last vacation day and I'm not sure how busy we're going to be. My vacation is already over. I did two loads of laundry today. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	We're back from dinner. Skywise heads back to work tomorrow. We could use another week of vacation. There won't be an eclipse next year so we'll have our usual three weeks at once instead of doing one week, then a break and then two weeks.

	Did a few things today but mostly "recovered" from the vacation. I'm a little "off" because we'd normally have another week to go but Skywise took his third week in August to be sure we'd see the eclipse. So.... only two weeks in September.
