	Morning. It was 47 when Skywise got up this morning. Now it's 58. It is a bit too soon for "fall". Since it was/is chilly and we have no place we have to go this morning, I snuggled down in the bed for a bit longer than usual. Now that I'm up and reasonably awake, I should eat. Something "hot" or at least warm, I think....

	Morning. Currently trying to figure out HOW/WHY my package was routed from Springfield, MO to Gary, Indiana to Merrillville, Indiana INSTEAD OF from Springfield to Indianapolis to Martinsville. So much for Priority Mail.....

	Skywise says someone threw my package on the wrong conveyor belt since it is too long to go through the machine. Idiot didn't take time to read the address! We're back from the vet, the girlcats have had their shots and are good for a year. The Prince goes in next week for his shots and we'll be done for a while.

	Heading out. My aluminum tube is in Indianapolis -- FINALLY -- and since it's Priority Mail and IS LATE, I suspect that Herculean efforts will be made to get in on a truck heading for my local Post Office as soon as possible! The mower deck we ordered FINALLY shipped and hopefully will be HERE before Irma makes her way up into Georgia (where D and Black Rose live. ) I'm worried about Sleepy Cat too. He lives in Florida and there's no way that mess will miss him. sigh Nothing to do but ask the Gods to keep everyone safe. Everyone sleep well and be safe -- especially if you live in the Southeast!

	Afternoon. It's been busy so far today. "Payday shopping day" plus "day before vacation starts" equals a lot of stuff to do of the "cleaning up/picking up" and "putting away" variety. As of right now, it looks like we'll be getting Irma's "leftovers" on Wednesday. It won't be nearly as bad as what they'll be getting further south but our Wednesday plans might need to be adjusted. We'll just have to stay flexible. If we have to stay in -- which if we have 30 mph sustained winds would be the prudent thing to do! -- I have plenty to keep me busy!

	Tired. I got a lot done but there's still a lot to do which I'll be getting done around various excursions the next two weeks. The schedule is still in flux -- a lot will depend on the weather mid-week -- but it will be busy.

	Afternoon. We're back! We went up to Castleton Square Mall which has a decent sized ThinkGeek store and a LEGO store. Among other goodies I got a small "toasted" Mr. Stay-Puft. We also saw one of the suits of Iron Man armor that was in Iron Man 2. The price tag was 10 thousand and some hundreds. I don't think that they'll be selling it any time soon.... Now to get caught up and crash. We had a late lunch/early dinner at Fazoli's and I'm pleasantly stuffed and drowsy.

	Morning. It's downright chilly this morning. Currently 48 degrees. The mower deck is on the UPS truck so we'll get it today. WHEN today is anyone's guess. 	Skywise and the girls got back a bit after 5. They brought me a gyro from Arby's. Dinner will be later than I'd planned tonight. The UPS guy showed up at 6. Skywise has checked the shipment and it is as it should be.

	It was the Prince's turn to see the vet today. We got there 10 minutes before our appointment, were shown to a treatment room where we waited FOR AN HOUR to see the vet. Once he was in there, our business took less than 20 minutes. We were going to drop the Prince off at home and go back for a late lunch but it was rush hour by then so Skywise ate in the van with the Prince while the rest of us ate -- quickly -- inside. And it looks like all we're going to get out of Irma is humidity. We NEED rain, damnit!

	I've asked the members in one of the GB groups I frequent how they store their packs and I'm getting good responses. The way we're accumulating GB stuff, the purchase of a storage shed may be required but we're not THAT far along yet! Anyway, I'm tired and heading out.
