	Afternoon. We did our Saturday stuff before the wind picked up (wind advisory) and the thunderstorms haven't arrived yet. I had NO luck at United Art and Education today so I ordered what I need through Amazon.

	Spirit had an early dental appointment this morning and we had breakfast in town after. I expect to spend the morning/early afternoon organizing the pantry and making sure that there's nothing I need in the way of groceries for Thanksgiving. THAT promises to be a "job". But first I'm going to let my breakfast settle and get caught up.

	The turkey is in the refrigerator. I'll have to do "cold water thawing" since I intend to cook it tomorrow. Fortunately, I only have to get it thawed enough to get the gravy packet out then... into the crockpot it goes.
