	I got more done in the basement this afternoon. I'm moving slowly though. Skywise will be helping me over the weekend so we'll make some real headway. He's on his way home so I'm heading out. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	Afternoon. We're back from town and I'm paying bills while I get caught up. Skywise is supervising today -- and from the sound of it, they need "supervision" up there -- so he'll be leaving earlier than he has been. So, I have to get these bills ready before he leaves.

	We're getting ready to watch Supergirl, after which I'll make dinner. We saw *Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald today. Good movie, the plot was a little too convoluted for my taste. On a note that has nothing to do with plot or acting, there were too many young attractive, dark-haired women wearing their hair in the short "bob" style that was popular in 1927 (which is when the movie is set) which made them hard to tell apart. We saw the Aquaman* preview and I REALLY want to see that movie.....

	Watched Supergirl and I'm really looking forward to the mid-season finale. Entirely too much talking/politics and not enough action and character development. There's some but not enough. What is really interesting is the "Soviet Supergirl" and Lena's experiments -- on what I assume is human tissue -- with something she has no clue about. Big brother Lex will be showing up -- I assume -- in the second half of the season. I wonder how they're going to justify letting him out of prison....

	Afternoon. What I call "Hell Week" has begun. Cleaning, cooking and more cleaning. Plus we have to make an appointment for the SCI Fiber guy to come and assess the place for the installation which has to be scheduled around Skywise's medical appointments and our usual stuff since one of us will HAVE to be here.

	Afternoon. It's not been a wonderful day so far. Skywise didn't think he'd make it home last night. I can't describe the technical details but one of the cylinders was missing. He took it to the shop first thing this morning, they worked him in and found the problem. It will be a quick and easy fix once the part they need comes in. They were expecting it at 1:30 but it apparently didn't arrive so Skywise took the van to work. I am DONE waiting by the phone so it's time to get busy.

	Afternoon. We picked up the car from the shop and had lunch, not in that order. The car is running much better according to Skywise. i was unusually nervous about driving today so I'm glad I got the van safely to the driveway. I'm going to give the turkey a little bit longer to thaw on the counter top before I put it in the crockpot. It's been two and a half days in the Guest House refrigerator so I "shouldn't" have a problem getting the gravy packet out. It should be thawed enough by the time I'm caught up.

	The turkey is out of the crockpot and half of it is in the oven simmering in my special sauce. When the bird is a bit cooler, I'll slice it and get it ready for reheating tomorrow. I didn't get everything on my list done today but the "labor intensive" things got done and I AM TIRED. And Moonie helped. She's learning how to make my special sauce and make pie crust.

	Dinner has been served. We are stuffed. So is the refrigerator. Days like today make me wish for a stove with 6 to 8 burners and 2 or 3 ovens. Dinner would require a lot less "scheduling"....

	Afternoon. Since it is Spirit's birthday we went out to lunch..... at the mall. We ate, came home, had cake and Skywise went to work. The girls and I have been recovering ever since. I'm waiting for the mail -- there may be some presents for Spirit in it -- than I'm going to get prone before I get to work.

	Spirit's presents arrived. She was very happy. I just cut my finger -- left index -- on the pizza cutter I was washing. Moonie is going to get a lesson in pizza making tonight. The dough is already rising but I won't be able to put in the pans or anything that requires me to touch the food. Thank God -- your choice -- tomorrow is leftovers.

	Afternoon. We're back from Greenwood. It's a lot less crowded today. Skywise quite pleased. He ordered what he and the sellers thought was a WWII British helmet and it's turned out to be a rare South African Helmet from the same period. So he's happy. I found a book I'd ordered that the vendor failed to send (Ardunio for Dummies) so I can study up and expand my skill set...
