	Afternoon. We're back from lunch/produce run. We did not get rained on, only sprinkles. It's windy and overcast but the rain has moved out of the area, almost out of the state and there's nothing coming in behind it -- so far. I will now get caught up.

	The wind has died and the sun is out. Don't know how long it will last though but I'm enjoying it while I can. Yesterday's rain total was 5/8ths of an inch.

	So far, my legs are pretty much pain free. I'm having some discomfort in my knees but I think I know the cause and I'm taking corrective measures. It may be that I didn't notice it before because my shin hurt so much. Time will tell.

	The rain arrived about 35 minutes ago. The system has weakened considerably so I'm not anticipating any problems tonight. Thank goodness. We've had enough.

	The rain has come and went. It was a gentle little rain with no wind or thunder to speak off. Counties to the southwest didn't fare as well but all the "oranges and reds" were gone by the time it got here. I just ordered a new printer. It should be here early next month although I'm hoping it appears sooner.

	The storm came -- with 50 to 60 mph wind gusts -- and went. More is on the way but it's quiet for now. We have more pieces of tree down -- I heard the trees cracking when the storm arrived -- but no damage to anything but the trees.

	Found a number of fascinating books I. MUST. HAVE! The subject is UFOs which has been an interest of mine since my mid-early teens. I've been following various developments online but books are more my "thing". These particular books contain new information and I'm dragging at the leash to get them. All I need now is money on my debit card.......

	Afternoon. Rain.. but no downpours. Funny thing, we were in McDonald's during the rain and I was watching people going outside without umbrellas. They weren't running to avoid getting wet like they would have done last year. They were walking normally, maybe a little faster if they had children with them, but they weren't running. It was like "Oh well, raining again". It probably would have been different if it was a monsoon but today it was just a shower and nothing to be concerned about. Welcome to the New Normal.

	Afternoon. Deciding what books I'm getting next. I've bought the best aquaponics books currently out there and until Loretta Chase finishes her next book there's nothing in the romance genre I want, I'll be getting some books on the current state of UFOs. There's four I want but I can only afford two at the moment so I'm going to get the first and the last books in the series now and the middle two later. It will be nice to read something that doesn't involve fish tanks, grow beds and the management thereof....
