	Skywise hasn't called but I'm heading out. My throat feels constricted and I may start gagging so I'm going to put on some music and try to relax. Since he knows about "it" I should be able to tell him what's wrong without making it worse. Everyone sleep well and be safe.

	HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!! Since we had nowhere to go this morning, I slept in. SunLord loved it since he got on the bed with me and positioned himself so that when I woke up, he was in the perfect position for me to scritch his ears.. It's going to be a lazy day until I make the pizzas and we go to the fireworks. Now I'm going to get caught up.

	Afternoon. Back from town -- shopping and lunch. It's hot and humid. Not surprising considering the rain we've been getting around the area. At least it was neither too wet or too dry for the fireworks last night.

	Got off my feet -- which are much improved. (Still need to build up my stamina and muscle strength though. More than two years of decreased mobility equals weakened muscles. Gotta work on that!) SunLord laid down with me, started purring and the next thing I knew it was two hours later. It's really too bad that "cat purr" can't be bottled. It would make a great sleep aid with no side effects!

	Had to lesson a smart-mouthed bitch on facebook about e coli contamination. I'd have been gentler if she hadn't called my intelligence and education into question. She must think I'm a twenty-something airhead. Truth be told, I wasn't as harsh as I would have been 20 years ago. Guess I'm mellowing in my "old age".
