	Afternoon. After a careful review of all the cooking I've done since last Thursday, Skywise has ordered me to veg as much as possible today and I'm not going to argue with him. I need to get started on the mountain range of laundry that's built up over the last week or so but that isn't terribly labor intensive. I can throw a load into the washer and crash until it goes in the dryer. Then more crashing.. Moonie has already decided what leftovers she'll be having for dinner tonight and Spirit will let me know later.

	I crashed first. All the Christmas wrapping supplies including what we bought today are now packed up and back up in the Old House. I've washed a few dishes -- and will wash a few more later -- and a HUGE load of wash is in the washer. It will be followed with another huge load and maybe a smaller load or two if there's time to get everything dry or at least in the dryer.

	Around sunset, Spirit made a nice little bonfire and I pitched in by adding some fuel to it. I was reminded of the one time we went to the Indianapolis Zoo during its annual Christmas at the Zoo. There was a bonfire and hot chocolate was served. It was a nice winter memory and I hope I'd have hot chocolate next to a bonfire again. As soon it got dark, I helped Spirit put out the fire by dumping water on it. I stayed to make sure that there were more burning embers before coming back to the house.

	Afternoon. And the next day it rained. A lot. We did our usual Thursday stuff in the rain. At least almost everyone is suffering from "Shopper's Fatigue" and the store was nearly deserted -- relatively speaking. It's a short week this week for Skywise which is good. We're still not back to our "normal" routine. Now to get caught up.

	You weren't kidding about the store almost deserted! The toys section is in a disarray from the Christmas shopping! At least the grocery aisle is well-stocked. Yes, I did see the Rosé drink that Dad talked about earlier. Pink grapes do sound interesting. I'm hoping things get back to normal soon.

	Afternoon. It was paycheck day so off to the bank we went. Shopped and had lunch. The Pullman bread pans I was expecting arrived a day early so I'll probably start experimenting with bread baking next week. These babies are real "heavy duty" so I expect them to last my lifetime and Moonie's as well.
