	Afternoon. We're doing a normal Sunday today-- which means I'm neck deep in laundry. I also got more bags for my Food Saver machine so I'll be working with that later. And.. more Gamma Seal lids. Those things are damned handy!

	Evening. We're back from the day's expedition. We checked out Catarack Falls and it was SO peaceful and quiet. It's hard to find but we'll be going back on a day that isn't as hot as it was today. Skywise loves it and os do I.

	Today's laundry and dishes are done and dinner is almost ready. I gave up trying to "tough it out" and took painkillers a couple of hours ago. I "should" be able to sleep without too much discomfort tonight.

	Afternoon. Back from our usual Thursday stuff plus a few extra stops. My legs are aching and I finally gave up yesterday and made a doctor's appointment for next week. Maybe Skywise's new doctor can find out what's wrong or at least give me a painkiller that will work better than the OTC ones do. Now to cool off, catch up and check the radar.

	It's cooler but STILL no rain. Weird considering. Dinner's over . Skywise and Spirit came in the door just as Moonie and I were taking the pizzas out of the oven. Worked out perfectly!

	Afternoon. We're back from Saturday errands. (Skywise says: And we're still alive too.) Skywise's diet has been successful to the point that he's having to replace his wardrobe. Pants in particular are getting noticeably too large. Today we hit two stores looking for pants and long sleeved dress shirts. I have a pile of them to wash now. But first I'm going to get caught up.
