	Time to start a new thread. Afternoon. Back from the Milk Run. It's a good thing Skywise isn't working today. The backup on 37/69 due to construction was miles long and took close to 30 minutes to get through. sigh The less said about yesterday, the better.

	Four vehicles from the local fire department just flew by -- lights and sirens going full blast. Someone north of us has a BIG problem....

	We've been back from dinner for a while. We went to our usual "celebration" place and I stuffed myself with steak. Then came home and had some of the cake I made last night: chocolate cake with chocolate icing -- death by chocolate, indeed! Now I'm going to take my supplements and after dinner pill with a glass of milk, then fast for the rest of the night. As full as I still feel, "fasting" won't be a problem!!

	I just pulled two cast iron dutch ovens out of storage. Good thing I did! Somehow the boxes got wet and the ovens rusted! Not badly but enough! I've ordered a Lodge Rust Eraser that will be here Sunday. In the meantime, I have to find a place to store my ovens where water -- or whatever got on those boxes -- can't get at them. A large, waterproof storage box maybe....

	Back from Saturday errands. Had Chick-fil-A instead of Arby's at Spirit's suggestion. Snow has stopped and it's slightly above freezing so the roads are clear and damp.

	Evening. We had breakfast in town, went to see *Wakanda Forever* then went to Arby's in town to eat again. Now back. Skywise is going to turn the pump on again. Whether it starts or not, we're going to have someone look at it. Now to get caught up since there's nothing I can do about the "water situation".

	Skywise has been using the computer trying to get a handle on what is wrong with the pump, as least enough to give whoever he calls in the morning an idea of what the problem might be. At least he has this next week off so I won't have to deal with this by myself. I've found that, on the whole, for situations like this, Skywise is taken more seriously than I am. We're coping and, since the day has been exhausting mentally if not exactly physically, we're calling it a night. Everyone sleep well, be safe and stay calm.
