I’ve got the “mind chatter” under control most of the time now. (It helps enormously to not have people manipulating me like a puppet.) The meditation is a bit harder. I’ve been “on duty” for so many years that a part of me is always on the alert for some emergency that I would need to deal with, even when I’m asleep. Even ear plugs don’t help a lot. This is something I’m still working on.

Keeping the thoughts positive and faith turned up to “maximum.” I will go on hoping until I die. I won’t give up the faith. No matter how long it takes, I will hold on for that “expected miracle”.

I’ve been thinking. About late February. I’ve been thinking about how they got into my head using what they learned while they still called me “sister”.  About how they took what I feel and twisted it into something ugly. About how they twisted my “Self” until I was nearly unrecognizable and on the verge of a breakdown. They tore at me like a pack of feral bitches and leeched and fed on me until they were drunk with my suffering. And then they lied about me. And because of what they had done to me, the lies were believed and I was nearly destroyed. Something precious to me was destroyed -- which was their aim all along. That and to prove that they could punish me for refusing to give over my power to them. Or maybe, just to prove that they could. Only they and the Gods know. And the Gods know it all....
I don’t hurt much anymore. The pain as been replaced by a stone cold anger toward those who tormented me.  How could anyone call such vipers “friends”? How could anyone with the barest shred of honor, decency or compassion be in their company without feeling filthy? How could anyone who values their own freedom of choice countenance such a violation? I have no answers for that. The Goddesses say to heal and let go of the past. This, however, is NOT past. It will not be “past” until justice is served. There are NO “vengeful warriors” at my side anymore. No “dark, fallen angels.” They have vanished into the darkness in spite of their pledges to remain. Perhaps that is my lesson. But I am not the only one being presented with a lesson here. May Gods grant that the one for whom it is intended learns it before it is presented again....
