	Just got the word that the car is fixed! Yippeeee! The window motor was under warranty so that won't cost much and the other problem was caused by small part that was easily replaced. We'll pick it up tomorrow!

	Hi everyone!! It's been a wacky day so far... My son had 2 hours of school today, just long enough to get his final report card of the year and have end of the year assemblies, etc. He will be starting grade 1 in September. I am SO PROUD OF HIM!!! Later this evening, we'll all be heading to Uncle's house for supper... It's going to feel weird going over there without Nanny, this is the first real get together we've had on Hubby's side of the family since Nanny passed away 9 months ago. We'll do our best to have fun even though there will be a part of the family missing tonight. Off to check my SP Pets and quickly get caught up before we leave....

	Afternoon! We got back about 10 minutes ago. We had Chick-fil-A for lunch, shopped but did not buy and picked up the car. The tab for that was only $135 this time. We got off easy. I've had a coke with lunch but I need tea. I SHALL RETURN!!!

	Yeah. He doesn't quite realize that these teenagers that live and hangout here are a bit on the ghetto side, and have no problem beating the crap out of someone if necessary. They also all love me to death, and as soon as they found out what he did, they swarmed me to make sure I was okay. These are boys that are training for UFC fighting. They practice and train mixed martial arts. Three of them were so upset about it that they were crying with me. And for teenage boys to cry? Yeah, you can imagine how bad it was. There's now a massive hole in the fence, and a few holes in the garage wall from two of the boys venting their anger on that. Yeah, he knows not to ever come back over here, because if any of them see him, they'll cause great bodily harm, if not kill him out right.

I wanted to wait until he got home, so I didn't ruin his vacation with his cousin, but he knew something was up, and kept bugging me in private FB chat until I told him. He was not happy, at all, and now I'm glad I told him today instead of waiting, because at least he now has time to cool off before he comes home. I do NOT need J going to jail over this crap. I just want ex out of my life, completely, and after yesterday, that's pretty much a sure thing.

	I've been downstairs getting some stuff that is on that computer printed out so I can put it in my bos. I've also been doing some design work -- old style pasteup -- while eyes and brain rest from proofing. I'm about ready to start on that again, after I get a few dishes washed.

	Hi everyone!! My internet went down early this afternoon and wasn't back up by the time we went to Uncle's place for supper... But it's up NOW, thank the stars so I'm on for a bit before heading to bed. According to the rep at my internet provider, dial up service was down across the US and Canada for a few hours and they were getting a LOT of complaints, including one from me. It's back up now and that's the main thing.

	Morning everyone!! It's a hot sunny day here in my end of the world... Nary a cloud in the sky. I'm online for a good part of the day, even though I feel like a walking zombie... I was up late the last few nights and it's starting to catch up with me... Such is the life of a writer with a younger child I guess... I'm wishing all of our Canadian members and peeps out there a very happy, fun and safe Canada/Dominion Day today!! Happy 144th birthday to the "True North Strong and Free"!!
