	Afternoon everyone!! It was errands day for me today, that meant a trip to the bulk food store and then a trip to one of the local electronics/office supply stores... I walk into an electronics store and DROOL... The computers they have in there are so... NICE... I want all of them!! Some of the huge monitors they have... OUTSTANDING!! I wish I was rich because I'd really go nuts with buying up a lot of the high tech goodies!! ................................... ............................................................. Ye gods, I've turned into my brother, he is a REAL tech freak!!

	Went and got my tongue pierced today. It bled like crazy (yikes) but the bleeding stopped, and now it's bruised like crazy... but ibuprofen is my friend. It's not swelling bad so far, and it barely hurts at all. Got it done today so it'll be healed before boyfriend gets back from his trip up north.

	I cringe at the very thought! I have one set of holes in my ears and that is IT for me. Other than those, my body came equipped with all the holes I need!

I've actually had it done twice before, but had to remove it the first time, because the guy screwed it up, and the second time I lost the ball and didn't get a new one before the hole closed LOL This time, I'm hopefully keeping it. BF doesn't even know I got it done, he's so far in the boonies that he's out of cell range!

	My ears are the only thing I'll ever have pierced... I'm too chicken for anything else!! I have three holes in each ear and want them pierced again, maybe even a fifth time in each one...

	I'd decided to have it done but didn't tell Skywise. I waited until WD was here for a visit and we had our "Girls' Day" at the mall in Greenwood. I got myself thoroughly high on caffeine and had it done while she supervised. The girls were quite fascinated by the holes in my ears but have had NO desire to have it done themselves. hehehe! Getting my ears pierced had the side benefit of breaking my nail biting habit. Every time I wanted to bite my nails, I turned my earrings instead and before long, I was no longer biting my nails. And I STILL twist my earrings!

	My mom got my ears pierced when I was very, very little. I don't even remember getting them done. I have several other piercings I'd like to get. Don't know if I actually will; let's see how this tongue piercing heals first LOL

	I was almost 6 years old when I got the first set done... It was at our local exhibition/county fair and it was an early birthday present from my parents. It hurt a LOT but I liked it. I was 11 years old when I got the second set done, 18 when I got the third one on my right ear done and 21 when I got the third one in my left ear. The further one goes back on the ear, the more it HURTS... And since the third one on my right side went right THROUGH the nerve in my earlobe, that hurt even more... I still want more done though. I must be crazy.

	I'd love to get my ears pierced again, but don't know if it's possible. I've had it done 3 times (I think) and had to let them close each time due to getting small nodules (don't know if they could be called cysts really). Though I now know why, because I'm allergic to nickle and piercers have nickle in them. If I could find some that were nickle free...

	I thought there were nickel free piercers available... But that's up here in Canada. And I think they're more expensive than regular piercers. scratching head I could be wrong though!!

	NHL draft on Friday!! I wonder if my LEAFS are going to get anyone that will help them get the cup in the next few years??? They do have a good chance if they get a freaking decent first line center!! There is ALWAYS next year, as we say in LEAFS country!!

	Day two of the tongue piercing, and it's quite swollen. Which is normal. Swelling is highest the day after you get it done. It doesn't really hurt, but having a mouth full of tongue isn't exactly pleasant.
