~sigh~ Life is just crazy.  Crazy.

We're still working on things.  His temper is bad... but I knew that already.  He's working on it though.  He's starting to handle things better, and gets a bit better each fight, even if it is just a tiny bit...

I'm thinking that I need to do some really in depth research into polyamory.  "Nonmonogamy" is a fairly common feature of all the cultures in my books and, perfectionist that I am about such things, I want to get it right.  I already know that Book 4 will require a handfasting ceremony involving two men and a woman and writing THAT may possibly make my head hurt although writing the "wedding night" should be a blast....

Morning!

It's going to be a wild day weather wise for us on the east coast today... This afternoon, we're getting 2 inches/5 cm of snow and overnight, we'll be getting up to 6 inches/15 cm of the white crap. *BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!* I hope it holds off until AFTER school is finished for the day so I can work on my stories while Hubby runs errands!!

I'll be signing out in a few minutes so I can get to work on things right after Son gets on the bus. Hubby is leaving for town pretty much the same time Son gets on the bus so I'll be working pretty much right away this morning for an hour or so. I'm going to edit and make some additions to the material I wrote up yesterday, and if I can, I may even write a little more while I have the chance. I don't think there will be school tomorrow and since I can't write when Son is home, I won't get squat done tomorrow if there isn't school.

I'm taking advantage of things when I can! Tongue

Time to get Son ready for school... I'm heading out for a while now so I can dive right into Untitled #7 the instant I get back into the house! Catch y'all later! Cheesy

It's snowing here too. We aren't expecting as much as VE is but it is the first significant snow of the season. Take care, VE!

I'm going to be writing today around the usual chores. Getting Chapter 11 into shape is going to take every moment that I can give it so I'll be here but not posting much!

I'm back!

It's starting to snow a bit now, and school was dismissed an hour and a half early because of the approaching MESS. Son has been home over an hour now.

I have a BAD feeling there will be NO school tomorrow, if we get what the weatherman is predicting...... Snow:  Smiley

I didn't get a lot done on my stories today but there was an "A-HA!" moment... I'll explain in my writing thread. Tongue

I'm around for a few hours, depending on how the weather, power and phone lines hold!!

I "think" the snow is about over here although we could have more before the system moves out. I'm going to get something to eat and then get back to work on Chapter 11.

It's coming down fast and furious here... The road is now covered in snow but not a lot... YET.... Our forecast changed, we're now due to get rain overnight instead of snow... YES!!! Cheesy It's VERY windy though, I hope we don't lose power!!

I think it is still snowing very lightly but it is hard to tell because the wind keeps blowing what snow we have around. It's dry and fluffy stuff.

I've gotten through a few more pages of Chapter 11 and will continue to plunge onward for as long as my eyes hold out.

I HATE cooking on that *BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP* propane powered cookstove Hubby has for power outages, so yeah, I HATE cooking when there is no power.......

One thing I am grateful for: The snow is coming from the north and since the satellite dish is on the south side of the house, we may not have to clean that darn thing off this evening....

Hoping it turns to rain soon, without the freezing rain or ice pellets during the change!!!

hehe I have a propane stove but I'm used to it and won't use anything else unless I have to!
The snow has picked up again, hopefully this is the last blast of snow out of this storm.

My stove is electric, it came with the house... As did the fridge, a washer and a dryer. We've replaced both the washer and dryer after they croaked. Tongue

I just realized something.... It's nine years ago today that we moved into the house!! Shocked

I was sitting here getting ready to make this post and I felt a little paw poke me on the leg. It was Warrior Princess. She was in the chair next to me which had the mail that Skywise brought in with him when he got home. It was taking up too much room so I moved it. She is now curling up to go to sleep. Which is an excellent idea and I'm going to follow her example! The eyes are shot, the brain is fried and the fingers are forgetting how to touchtype! So it is definitely time to head out!

Morning everyone.

I have been around for about 45 minutes, Hubby had to leave for work extra early due to the roads being so icky due to yesterday's storm.

As of 5:15 a.m. AST, the school board's site said that schools were open in my area... I just checked it again about 20 minutes ago and schools in the two counties are now CLOSED. I guess it's too messy for even the buses to travel on the roads.

It's days like today I'm grateful that we have those ultra heavy duty snow tires on the car.............. Those roads are SLICK and our road wasn't even plowed or salted yet! I'm betting Hubby had one heck of a "fun" trip to work this morning!

I'll be around on and off... Son got up around 45 minutes ago and once that child gets started there is NO stopping him.....  Smiley

I need a coffee IV, STAT!!!  Smiley

The snowplow finally went by about 15 minutes ago. It wasn't a salt truck style though, so no salt or sand on the road... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.................
