Thanks, VE! We just got back from the movie which was great. Lots of twists and turns in the plot, some laughs and a totally unexpected cameo appearance!

The cats are all outside and I hope they run themselves ragged! They prowled the house none too quietly from about 1 am to dawn and they were NOT quiet about it! There is probably a nap in my future but not immediately -- too much caffeine and "Thor Movie energy" in my system at the moment. And yes, they found a way to get Thor out of his armor for one scene.....

His trainer made sure that he did justice to Thor's godlike reputation in that scene. MOST droolworthy! Smiley My only complaint was that he was fully dressed for the rest of the movie!

"Chaos" about describes the day but at least Moonie and I have clean teeth and the van is apparently "not broke." It starts fine for them and they can't find anything wrong with it. We'll probably pick it up tomorrow since I've had enough for one day and want to crash for a bit. Skywise will be going in later than usual today (holiday and all) so I have time to crash and I'm going to.

I've been busy chatting with people in FB the last while.

We're taking the car up tomorrow morning, so it's there first thing on Wednesday to have the transmission replaced. This one could be fixed but it's much more economical for us to get a new one and have it installed. The old one will be fixed and sold or recycled somehow. All I know is that its third and fourth gears are shot and it sounds like you're holding down the gas in neutral when it's trying to shift up into third while you're driving along... "Flaring" is what Hubby calls it. NOT GOOD. Hopefully we'll be able to get it back on Thursday and it won't be TOO much....

Still thinking about the ideas shot at me by Penth and another friend that I'm combining into one... I'll be taking what would have been my next "writing day" to see if I can come up with anything for it, other than ideas for situations, etc. I also need to research, so I'll be doing some of that in between times the rest of the week.

So, I've burned a few MB and have decided to try using "Storybook" for my next writing project. It was a free download, I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. It will take me a bit to know what I'm doing in it, and this is one of the times I am thanking my lucky stars I can figure out a computer program quite easily once I know what to look for, etc. This looks a tad complicated at first and I hope it gets easier once I know what I'm doing!

Time to get offline. I've burned over my "daily limit" on the stick already, and will have to take things extra easy the next two weeks if I want to stay under a certain amount of GB on it.
