	Nite. It's still snowing but it's about through the area. Of course, more snow is expected tomorrow night with "wintery slop" on the schedule for Monday. sigh

	Sanctuary is now back online after the announced server work that was scheduled for tonight. It looks like it took about 20 minutes and the Mercury Retrograde apparently didn't cause problems.

	Skywise just called and once he gets the car cleaned off and warmed up, he'll be on his way home. My normally even tempered spouse is ready to kill -- or at least mangle -- the persons responsible for the mail trucks not arriving on time. But he noted that he couldn't carry a gun to work anyway and I pointed out that he'd have to use his bare hands and he probably wouldn't have time to do a thorough job before someone pulled him off. So.... they still breathe...

	Here. The 8 inches of snow that was predicted has turned to a prediction of ice pellets and freezing rain for this afternoon, evening, overnight and tomorrow. Hubby works tonight too. SIGH It's sunny right now but that's going to change. Blech.

	Afternoon! We got home about an hour ago but Skywise had some stuff to do online and since he's working today, he got dibs on the computer. Ice pellets is better than 8 inches of snow but not by much!! I haven't checked our current forecast but I'll be doing that directly.

	It's dark and it isn't snowing -- yet -- but I'm expecting it. "The Meltdown" (of the snow) is predicted to start on Tuesday after a hit of "Wintery Slop" on Monday. Depending on how fast this mess melts, we could see flooding by this time next week. Oh happy day... I got two books I was expecting today so it's all good on the "book front". Post # 32,020

	The snow's across the state line and is moving in. I expect the flurries to start in an hour or so with the heavy stuff coming later. Hopefully, Skywise will get home before it gets too bad. sigh

	Lucky to have power! Everything is covered in ice and although the power has been flickering overnight, thigns are kosher at my house. (STOP WORRYING PENTH!!) Hubby had a nasty drive home last night but still got here safely. There's branches down everywhere and the wind is picking up again, and there is freezing rain coming down. SIGH It's a bloody MESS to be blunt. I'll be here until suppertime at the latest if the power holds. I hope to get moving in the editing end of writing today so I'll be quiet while I'm doing that. The less I think about the weather right now the better!

	I see SUNSHINE!!!!!!! Hopefully it's OVER and the cleanup can begin. The plow went by a bit ago so that's a start. Hat's off to the DOT crews in my area!

	Thanks RT! It's been a wild and horrid winter all around and I can't wait for it to be OVER. Even with the amount of black flies and mosquitoes we get over here, I am SO READY FOR SPRING... Heck I'd take a hurricane over this crap any day and y'all know how much I DESPISE hurricanes!!!!

	I'm back. Sunset is in about an hour and the clouds are thick enough and the sun low enough that the glare isn't noticeable. We're expecting "wintery slop" tomorrow but where it will be rain, where it will be snow and where it will be "slop" is still up in the air. Figures....
