I wish we had that option, but we don't. It's either morning shift or closing shift... Thankfully the weekend shifts are shorter now, from 10-5 (the assistant or senior staffer opens at 6 and works at the counter until 10) or 5-12 (closing) respectively, while the weekday shifts are either 6-3 or 9-3 for the daytime and 3-12 (closing). Son doesn't seem to mind it so much when his dad works the weekend closing shifts... Especially if I let him stay up an hour or so late on Saturday night. KIDS. LOL

I'll be heading out when Hubby gets home, which should be very soon. I'm feeling REALLY wonky because I've been awake since 4:30 this morning on about 3 hours of sleep, and wrote all freaking day.

I'm going to be making ketchup, bbq sauce and pancake syrup this weekend. Gonna be busy and I REALLY need to design some fancy labels that I can print out and stick on my homemade stuff....

Morning.

I just checked our weather network and they're saying 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) of snow for Penth's area today. There's also a winter storm warning for a good chunk of her state so I wouldn't be surprised if her satellite signal wasn't great today.

We're slated to get about 1/2 an inch or 1 cm today but that can change... New York and New Jersey are getting clobbered and I would NOT be surprised if that storm made a sudden north turn and hit us. Roll Eyes I know the equinox is getting closer but things generally don't settle down until sometime in April up this way... Or later... Roll Eyes

I didn't sleep much last night so I'm not sure how long I'll be around. I spent most of the day trying to relax with Cat but it didn't work very well. I still had the flare up when I crashed last night. Ugggggg..... I'm hoping coffee will hold me off until the afternoon at least. *SIGH* I'm on bedtime duty the next few nights too so I'm wondering if that's throwing me off.... Roll Eyes

Morning.
Skywise let me sleep in 'cause my leg pain interfered with my sleep. Then too, he got to use this computer while I was sleeping!

We've gotten a little ice and some snow but not nearly as much as predicted. The line that produced the ice/snow has moved off to the east and south. Of course, the day is young and there's another large "blob" to the west that will be here this afternoon/evening so more snow is possible.

And I've just taken aspirin in hopes of being able to walk later.
