	Morning. The leg is better -- so far. Our schedule is going to be a little different today. Skywise signed up to work today so we're going to eat an early dinner out since we won't be able to tomorrow.

	I've been doing a little research this morning on making bookcloth and was happy to discover that I'm not the only one who thought of using Wonderbond (a heat fusible adhesive sold in rolls) to make it. I haven't tried it yet but I've got a book ready to have a cover put on so it's on my "To Do" list once I get new glasses. (The project will require precise measurements and THAT means "good" eyesight!)

	Getting ready to leave for our very early dinner. Yes, I'll be making something at the normal time but this is my "birthday dinner" due to Skywise being unable to get off on my birthday.

	Back from our very early "dinner" or "large lunch" however you want to phrase it. I'll be making my favorite soup later. We haven't had it in ages, decent soup meat being hard to find, so it's going to be a treat. Best of all it will still be fit to eat when Skywise gets home.

	It's been a good day. I was able to dispense with the cane -- I did keep it handy, just in case -- which means I was able to get started on the "real life" I had to let slide while I couldn't walk worth a damn. There will be plenty more to do tomorrow but THAT is for tomorrow. I'm just gonna enjoy the rest of today.

	Morning. We're back from town. We were checking out iced tea machines, among other things, since once my supply of decaf instant tea runs out I won't be able to get more. So if I want decaf tea, I'm going to have to make it with tea bags and a tea machine does simplify matters. Walmart didn't have much so we'll be checking Meijer on Saturday. It's clouding up and there's supposed to be a front coming through so I'm off to check the weather.
