	Watched Agents of SHIELD tonight and the anticipated death occurred but the character died a hero after being a nebbish most of the season so it was a fitting end for the character. After several episodes in which the "bad guys" have been winning -- it takes place in a virtual world where the bad guys are in charge -- it looks like next week will see the tide starting to turn. There are, I think, four episodes left and the good guys aren't out of the woods yet -- they have to get to the "back door" escape that the original designer put in it before it was co-opted by a rogue AI, get back to the "real world" and clean said AI's clock -- but the tide will definitely turn in their favor. There's still heartbreak ahead -- or at least the potential for it -- but things are on the upswing. I'm staying away from FB 'cause my newsfeed will be lit up with posts from members of the AoS group I'm in and Facebook takes TOO MANY MEGABYTES and consumes too much time. If I'm still awake at 2 am, THEN I'll go!

	We took off early to run errands and I've been catching up since we got back. I picked up some parts from my ecto-goggles -- more on that elsewhere -- and both my knees are giving me fits. It's nearly 80 degrees at the nearest reporting station and our propane tank was filled while we were gone to the tune of nearly $1,000. I need tea. And chocolate. Lots of both....

	DEFINITELY no sewing tomorrow. My hands hurt like hell right now and I had to get Moonie to open a bottle of milk for me. I'll be baking a cake tomorrow. Skywise wants a "death by chocolate" cake for his birthday Friday -- baked by me and decorated by Moonie. So, tomorrow I bake. Fortunately it is an old family recipe that I could probably make in my sleep but I won't because cakes are trickesy things that must be done correctly!

	Skywise just called and he's on his way. WE WILL ACTUALLY GET TO BED AT A REASONABLE HOUR TONIGHT! As soon as he gets here it's gonna be milk, melatonin and aspirin! My legs have been killing me all day and getting prone hasn't helped.

	Afternoon. The Queen is feeling better today. She's still moving somewhat carefully but she's moving and she let me touch her hind legs this morning and that's a definite improvement. Today is Skywise's birthday, nothing special is planned 'cause he's gotta work but he's on vacation for two weeks starting tomorrow so we'll be doing some fun stuff.

	Time to get prone. The weather has turned chilly -- a nearly 30 degree drop from yesterday -- and my knees are killing me to the point that getting out of this chair is difficult. I'm trying to avoid painkillers but I may not have a choice. I'll decide later. If I can hold out until bedtime so much the better.

	The knees feel a bit better, it's still chilly and it's started to rain -- cold rain. sigh Spring rain is supposed to be warm. I'm wondering if there might be something to "global cooling..."

	The rain has stopped -- still damp (naturally) and chilly though. A while ago I sneezed -- hard -- while in an awkward position and now my ribs hurt. sigh As if my knees weren't enough!

	Greetings! We went forth and did our usual Saturday stuff plus a couple of other stops. Once we got home, I laid down -- I was in considerable pain by then -- and promptly fell asleep. Now I get to catch up and clean the kitchen before I make dinner.

	Dinner's on. Ribs still hurt. I really did a number on myself and it's been slowing me down all day. Working on Book 2 with less than 45 pages to go. I'll probably finish up tonight. I don't think I'll start on 3 until tomorrow. It's not like I have a deadline. I have a goal but not a deadline....
