	Afternoon. We had "wintery mix" last night and woke up to ice on the van and everything else. It was about ½ an inch thick but wasn't very hard so it turned to "wintery slop" pretty quickly. We went into town to do the girls' banking, picked up some milk and had something to eat. Once we got home, I crashed -- last night wasn't very restful... Skywise is on his way to work. By this time tomorrow, we should know what's going on and what we're going to do.

	Fourth load of laundry is in the dryer and I've realized that aside from three chicken strips at McDonalds about fourteen hours ago, I haven't eaten anything substantial. That may be why I'm so tired but I really don't have any appetite. Maybe tomorrow after I see the doctor I'll feel like eating. At least I hope I do.....

	We're back, it's benign and it's coming out next Wednesday. Once it's removed it will be sent to a pathologist to double check the findings but I'm not anticipating any problems. Now.. yesterday's massive water use for laundry as well a couple of other things, stirred up the sediment in the well and the water's running black. sigh So we're on bottled water for a few days....

	I've had a short nap -- and I'll probably have another -- and the water is running MUCH clearer. We "should" be back to normal tomorrow evening at this rate. Now that I don't have "that" hanging over my head, I need to get started on my birthday feast shopping! Maybe I shouldn't have scheduled the procedure just before my birthday but damnit! I want this over with!!

	....and we got a propane bill for the Guest House. Fortunately, propane is only $2.09 a gallon so the bill isn't too outrageous.

	I've tracked down the addresses of the two locations of a well regarded meat shop in the city. NOW if my cast iron grill skillet would get here! I'm going to have to shop carefully so that I have everything and that it's FRESH for my birthday. It would be so much easier if we could just go to Bynum's. sigh This "should" be cheaper though.

	Going to have to do some careful scheduling. InHumans has their final episode -- for this arc anyway -- on the 10th starting at 9 pm. Because of reception problems, we have to watch it in Spirit's room which makes my plan to eat in front of the living room television while watching GB: Answer The Call difficult to say the least. This will require thought.....

	I got the table set up. It's kind of "tight" for 4 people but it will do for 2 at a time. I'd have gotten a 6 foot table but I wasn't sure it would fit in the space I have. I'll get it next. There is also an 8 foot model which I may also get eventually. Now that I know that the "future" doesn't include massive amounts of chemo and radiation, I can focus on "fun" things, like building my Ghostbusters franchise....

	I've been offline because we used a whole gigabyte between 12 midnight last night and 12 midnight tonight. At that rate, we won't make it to the end of the month! 	Greetings. We spent more time than usual in Greenwood today since Skywise had the day off. I bought three books about paranormal occurrences in Indiana so I've been reading. I'm feeling rather restless -- like I should "be doing something" but I have no idea what. Maybe that's because I know now -- after a little more than two weeks -- that the lump in my uterus isn't going to kill me.

	Afternoon. Back from the movie. Still processing. Walked out of the theater to the sound of Tornado sirens. Took a chance and made a run for home. Fortunately, the storm was moving east while we were running north. We stopped in town for McDonalds and got home before my cast iron skillet and book were delivered. WHY they used such a huge box for them, I'll never know! NOW, to read!

	It's been a long afternoon/evening. We were offline for several hours due to rain/storms. There's been a flash flood warning/flood watch in effect all day along with various tornado warnings. 	Afternoon. We took off running this morning and everything we had to do in town today is done, chiefly paying the property taxes. They were due on the 13th and I didn't want to wait until the last minute. I also got part of my birthday dinner today, so that's checked off the "To Get" list. A big hunk of the dead Chinese Willow in front of the Guest House broke off Saturday night. Skywise plans on cutting it up on Wednesday while I'm recovering. The rain's stopped and it should be dry enough by then.
