Ahhh Forever Knight!  One of the few reasons I hung onto cable and The Space channel as long as I did.  I loved that show!  I've been missing it.  I see that it is available on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.  VE, buying the pre-paid visa cards takes 99% of the worry out of on-line purchasing.  If some jerk manages to get the card number they can only get whatever money is left on the card.  It can't be "run up". The bloke n' I have been using them for years now and have had good service from Amazon, Chapters, Ebay and other companies without any issues.  Penth, I didn't realize you were on satellite, if you have a limit on your downloading I can dl and burn some of the linux disks for you guys to try.  Some of the live disks are over 3GB.  I have unlimited dsl here so I don't have to worry about that.  Same with you VE, if you want to try a live cd on your older computer I can send a couple out for you to try.  I remember when I had dial-up..

Not sure what kinda rabbits you were looking for.. were you successful?  Chuckles!

I had to take a break from the knitting I was starting to get cranky.

Would love to see the skirt when it's done!

Oh.. another thing about the Crown Vic interceptors, they are favoured by police because they are fairly stable even on gravel at high speeds.  My uncle used to be an RCMP and for a brief while they introduced mustangs  they were crap on gravel and if you wanted to loose a cop back then all you had to do  was hit a gravel road.  I think the CV's are being discontinued though as our police asked the city to requisition extra cars before they were gone so they bought 4 new ones from the last budget.  Don't know what happens once they're done though. 

I'm not keen on the sparkly thing happening with the vamps in the Twilight series but I admit there is something there that grabs on.  I'm not sure if it's because every woman, sometime, needs an harlequinesque story to escape into, and at least I wasn't reading a Harlequin! (ROFL!) But, that hotty Taylor Lautner is a nice bit of eye candy...  With Robert Pattinson I keep thinking of Cedric Digory and maybe he's gotten himself into a rutt now playing pasty dead guys.  So, I'll be going to Breaking Dawn this week  Wink

I never thought about the prepaid cards, thanks RT! I'll mention those to Hubby... It's not like we put a ton of stuff on the credit card as it is so we'll probably have room to do that. Cheesy

The cops around here still use the CV's but not as much as they did in years gone by... I think the town police use an Impala. Nice car but not as nice as a Crown Vic!! I'm partial to the bigger cars anyway... Yeah, the old Crown Vic we had didn't do great on the dirt roads but on pavement that baby drove like a dream and it didn't take much for it to get up to over 90 MPH... We traded it in for the Lincoln back in 2001 and I still miss that car. Don't get me wrong I love our current car but the CV was the pinnacle of big cars in my mind!

Unfortunately the wabbit hunting will have to wait until after it shows its face in FB again... BUT I did leave a little "present" for it on my old FB page... Muwahahahahaha!!

Son is waking up, we'll be getting ready for the bus in about 45 minutes...

Time to get my Fishdom tank and SP Pets loaded while I catch up!

Afternoon!
We had to run into town and pick up the car and get a few things.  I am now in for the day.
On today's agenda: getting the kitchen set up for the Cooking Frenzy that is the run-up to Thanksgiving Day a.k.a. National Turkey Day!

We came home to a mess on the kitchen floor. "Somebody" had, sometime while we were gone, come tearing through the dining room into the kitchen, tried to take the corner into the living room at top speed, lost traction and slammed into the self-feeder full of kitten chow, sending said chow flying all over the floor.
This is not the first time something like this has happened so that's how we know! No one is fessing up but I suspect that it was one of the boys. The Queen doesn't do that sort of thing and the Princesses are still too small to scatter that much kitty food! So it had to be someone with "body weight" and that means the Prince or the SunLord.

dark auburn! i say dark dark dark! mostly cuz i would love dark hair like that again but im too pale >.<

ugh im nervous i have my mock interview tommorrow, and my friend said the lady ripped her a new one when she had hers, she was super nice to me when i went in for my resume check but im still nervous, specially since its at 10 am

Agreed, the dark auburn is VERY sexy... I have dyed my hair that color in the past and I loved it... I like auburn/red hair on me anyway! LOL

i used to have copper red hair in highschool, and everyone thought it was natural but im def a dish water blonde XP id dye my hair that color again but ive spent the last 4 months tryin to grow my hair out from where id been dying it blonde so i can see what my real natural color is now lol

Naturally, my hair is a dark brown with reddish-blonde highlights if it bleaches in the sun... Lately however, it's a blah brown with a TONNE of gray in it......... I don't wanna see the natural color now, I want to look my age instead of 100 years old!! LOL
