I AM wearing jeans, the ones with the roses embroidered down the left leg and on the right bum cheek. The problem is that Cat's claws are so sharp that they didn't help much! It's too cold to wear shorts here, although I am wearing sandals at the moment.

That sums it up perfectly. Sad If she had did it where the embroidery is it wouldn't have been so bad, the stitching is VERY thick in that area. She used the right leg, which has none on it of course. Roll Eyes

Dinner was later than I planned but it was good. Skywise is doing okay so I'm going to try to write tomorrow around chores. I'll finish another pattern box tomorrow and that will give me two big ones and one small one and I need a minimum of ten. [Yeah, I have a lot of patterns to organize!] I'm going to have to wait a bit before I start another, my fingers, especially my right index finger, need to heal. I don't have callouses in the right places anymore. I'll have to find something else to keep my fingers busy while I puzzle things out. I don't want to start biting my nails again!

Morning. I've been in for a bit but have been going nuts catching up.

The storm is over and there isn't any damage that I can see, except for a few leaves knocked off the trees.

I'll be in and out over the course of the day. I'm not sure if I'll be attempting to write or edit or not. It all depends on Son and if my eyes cooperate or not!

I've been playing games in my white rose profile in FB. I'm waiting for son's meds to kick in then I'll probably do a reread on the entire manuscript for Book 2 to see how it flows... Just the main manuscript file, no other parts.

Oh yeah, it'll come along in no time Penth. Good grief, you should have seen the mess that was NR/Book 1 before I got it put together correctly and tweaked!

I've edited quite a bit on what I have and there will probably be more in the future as I write more new material and have to bring the old stuff in line with the new.

That goes without saying. Yeah, things are looking pretty polished in a lot of areas of Book 2's manuscript but I still have to polish those spots and possibly tweak them over time. I can't remember how much tweaking I did on Book 1 but it was a LOT! When I wasn't writing it, it was open on my desktop, just like Book 2 is most of the time nowadays... Even if it's only the idea file in case something hits me! LOL

Hubby wants me to take some time off after I'm done this one. He thinks I'll get burned out and wants me to write more than two books. I may do that, especially if no other new ideas hit me. He also thinks I'll be "too busy" doing published author things to actually write a lot of the time by the time this one is done... I don't think so, I think he just wants me to get back to reality instead of having Brain into the writing for a change... I'm so bad I'll giggle over something I'll be adding or I need to refine and I think I kinda scared him... OOPS!!  Smiley

I've put RH back into the "dead" manuscripts file for now. If I rewrite it, I rewrite it. If I write something completely different, so be it.
