	I'm wearing flip flops and of course, Cat decides to rub her head against my toes while I'm scratching her back (my nails are long and she loves it!). Talk about tickle, her fur is ultra soft and thick. She's such a cutie pie.

	We went out to dinner and I definitely ate too much. Oh well, tomorrow Skywise heads back to work and it's back to what Spirit calls "normal" and I'll be back to eating like I'm supposed to. Post # 30,333

	The SunLord is sound asleep on my workstation. He seems to really like it! It's a good thing that the countertop will be heatproof, waterproof ceramic tile 'cause I can see I'm going to have to sanitize the "heck" out of it any time food comes anywhere near it!

	So the subject of camping came up at the bus stop, and my son's bus mate and friend asked me if I liked it. Personally, I hated it and still can't stand it to this day. My father's idea of "camping" was us going to the Valley (sometimes we would go elsewhere in this half of the province but it was rare), renting a couple of campsites for two or three nights, set our stuff up and do things AWAY from the campground, even if it was a place that had a lot of stuff in it. He would wake us up VERY early, we'd eat, barely have enough time to get changed into clean clothes, and then we'd be off to drive around looking at stuff. Once in a while he'd say we could stop somewhere that was fun for us kids, like Upper Clements Park, but it was so darn rare, I can probably count the times we did something us kids liked on both hands. Yeah, we would go to places like Evangeline Beach or maybe a museum, but it was mostly us stuck in the van, bored out of our skulls, while Daddy and my uncles and aunts oohed and aahed over stuff they gawked at. Sometimes even my mom was so bored that she'd fall asleep and Daddy wouldn't get why she fell asleep on those all day drive around and do nothing trips. SIGH I mean, sometimes we were not even allowed to take a book or a walkman with us to alleviate our boredom. Daddy thought because HE liked it, we "HAD" to as well, and would get snippy if someone asked if we could just take a couple of hours off so we could enjoy the pool or even have a nap. Let's just say when I was old enough to stay home (or had to work after I got a job), I did, and enjoyed it a LOT more than I would have if I was able to go........ Camping: /rant

	Just got off the phone with Hubby.... Older cars sometimes drive me nuts, because they can break down so easily, but at the same time, I'm so glad things like a new starter are SO EASY AND FAST to install... Gee whiz. I did NOT need to hear THAT while I was in transition mode, now I'm even MORE messed up brain wise..............

	Son and I just had a few of ours. YUM. I listen to things like heavy metal and rock even when I'm stressed out. I'm pretty finicky about my music and it seems that only my main genres keep me at an even keel. I can listen to opera, but only Andrea Botchelli, and only in small doses, but it's mostly heavy metal, rock, alternative, hard rock and once in a while, Christian metal (Stryper), else I want to hang myself............. It's pretty darn tempting to crank up some Alice Cooper or Ozzy Ozbourne right now............

	Most of ours are done now, I'm just soaking some stuff that can wait until tomorrow morning to do. I have forty five minutes to get things ready for homework time, and I have to not only feed Son before we settle down to it, I have a few other things to do. Great. SIGH I'm going to get Son's supper in the toaster oven and start making a game plan for homework. Politics, citizenship, etc: BARF! I hated it in school and while I was taking my Citizenship badge in Girl Guides, and I still dislike it all to this day..................
