We had a long period of rain which knocked me offline for a while but it was okay since all it was was rain. No thunder, lightning, wind, hail or torrential downpours.

I got one little project finished and put some time in on the Urban Terrain Utility Transport. Baring anything unforeseen it should be mostly done by the end of the week. Once it's done, I'll be back working on the storage unit. I've got a small sewing project that should be done this week too. All in all, my "Non-writing To Do List" is getting shorter.

Afternoon.
I'm here finally. We made a "quick" trip into town except it wasn't as quick as we'd planned. There was road work being done on our main route into town and when we took the alternate route, there were crews doing utility work along that road. *sigh* We finally got home and I hope Skywise has an easier time getting to work than we've had getting anywhere this morning!

Oh dear!
Sometimes I'm very glad I don't have "taskmasters". I can and do work on whatever I'm motivated to work on at any one time. I've been adding to the larp material and after I have a snack and get caught up again, I think I'm going to work on the price lists and maybe the "package deals" for character creation since that is mind numbing work that still has to be done.

I'm back. The low tech/fantasy weapons part of the price lists is filled in. I have discovered that in order to cover all the bases the "modern" weapons list will have to be expanded since versions of these weapons can/could reasonably exist on Samgara. We're talking several pages worth of "expanded." Smiley AND I'll have to figure out the cost of each item on the list since that isn't given in the book although fortunately all the other info I need is. So now I need to work up a chart so I don't have to stop and figure out the price while I'm filling in the chart AND I need to make the price chart. That, at least, won't be too difficult.

I now have a new assignment.................... But am prepping Vol 3 (FP) and a few frying pans for her so she can crack me over the head when she sees the mistakes in this one. Cheesy

I decided to use two different pricing formulas for generating the prices for weapons and high tech gear for the larp. I'm using one formula with a low multiplier that will generate a lower price that is in line with the other prices I'm using for the contemporary weapons that will be available and another formula with a much higher multiplier for weapons and gadgets that are "high tech" like blasters and comlinks. Too many high tech goodies can unbalance a game and "rebalancing" it can be a serious pain in the patoot. So, better to limit the blasters and light swords at the outset and what better way than to make them damned expensive?

We're back from Bloomington and everything is put away.
It's cool, dry and sunny today so I'll be up at the Guest House working on the Utility Transport. I need to get it finished so I can get back to work on the storage unit. First though, I need to get caught up.

My sewing project is pretty much done. It still needs some trim but what I have is too wide so trimming will have to wait.
